Very unprofessional office. Took money to provide a service in February but the service hasn’t been delivered. Signed contract to terminate services and they were suppose to refund the money within 30 days. Still haven’t received refund. Reported to the Alabama Bar... Bar sent certified mail to them asking for our records and they still haven’t answered the bars request. Had another attorney send certified mail and they won’t respond to him either. Finally today we went into the office and videotaped our visit. Asked for our refund or we would go to the police and get them for theft by deception. Well no money. So we went to the police department and before we could get there they called and tried to get us for harassment. Thankfully our video was helpful. We have been told not to trespass on their property again. They asked police if we were going to press charges and the reply was if you give them the money they won’t. Well still no money. Thinking next stop will be the district attorney. This place will rip you off.
