In my opinion he sold me out with the state workers.compensation system He recommended that I settle one month after the doctor sent me back to work and advised me to take a settlement that panned out to not be in my best interest medically. Maybe he will treat you better. He didn't communicate to me all of the important issues about the laws that I needed to know before signing the paper work.Be careful. Don't depend on his judgement, get a second opinion. I am an older black woman and I hope that had nothing to do with how he handled my claim.
