Very rude and unprofessional both Michael & his secretary. The nastiest attitude ever. Customer service and concern is non existent even in a consultation.

Mr. Flinn was great. Went in spoke to him about what was going on. He told me my options and everything up front. Very happy with the settlement we got and it was taken care of quickly and easily. Will recommend him and his office.

I was not satisfied at all. Never in all my life have I even had someone, especially and attorney, speak to me as rudely as Mr. Michael Flinn. I tried to be friendly and he just cut me off like he has other cases to handle pretty much letting me know in his tone of voice that he doesn't have time for my case and does want to take the time on it. The Secretary that answers the phone is very rude. She makes you not even want to seek help. I advise this office to get a new secretary or they will lose business.

the receptionist was very nice and respectful didnt let me know she was transfering me over though. talking to the lawyer was another thing it kinda felt like i was being rushed or he didnt want to be bothered with what i had to say . Then hung up while i was still talking so that was definitely rude as all get out .

Using this law firm was the best decision I've made. They made this process so easy and seamless. Everyone I dealt with was kind and very professional. I hope I never need them again but I would definitely use them if I did. I highly recommend if you need someone to help you with the lemon law process.

I kept hitting roadblock after roadblock trying to get my vehicle returned as a lemon. I met Michael and 3 months later I had a total reimbursement check in my hand!

I’m calling regarding odometer fraud after purchasing a car to finish nursing school without any interruptions, only to find out the odometer was rolled back by 100k miles. How can you be so rude to somebody that you went out your way to call back. I already moved on from even dealing with this firm yesterday but they called back so I gave it another chance. So here you go. Flinn, you are rude. You do not deserve business. Customer service is non existent. Website says legal advice but that’s a lie. If anything you add to people’s unfortunate misery. After seeing this reviews I have to step up tell yall that Michael Flinn is straight to the point kind of attorney. The world isnt sugarcoated and pleasant and not everyone has a case. His staff might seem rude but do you know what all goes into being a lawyer for hundreds of people. I had a lemon law case with him years ago, at first I was told I didnt have a good case and after about a week I had enough evidence to convince the lawyer that I had a case worth fighting. After reading some of these reviews I had to put in my two cents. I'm an attorney in a neighboring county who sometimes has cases against him. There are plenty of lawyers I have issues with. Michael isn't one of them. I refer most of my automobile-related cases to him because he's an expert in that area. Michael is extremely smart and competent, a totally decent human being, and his professional ethics are beyond reproach. We need more lawyers like him. Yes, he gets to the point, but you aren't hiring a friend, you're hiring a lawyer.

Mr. Flinn can be tough and to the point, however I understand his time is valuable. Isn't yours? Some people don't like his brusk attitude, but he does his job and that's all that matters. He has helped me in the past and I highly recommend him.

I encourage you to not come to this man for help. He tried to screw me, but I got help in seeking justice. He is also very rude, contradictive, and he lacks competence in law. Mr. Flinn is very honest and professional lawyer, he took my case when no else would, he appealed all the way to the Ga supreme court, got a favorable ruling and got my case settled just before trial.

I had small case that no other lawyer would take because it was too much work for not enough money. Mr. Flinn took it and got me a settlement I was happy with. It took a while to get started at first, presumably because he was busy with other cases. His language is straight forward and to the point--he doesn't waste his time with fluff--it's not rude, that's just how busy lawyers are. With this, he answered all emails in a timely manner and answered all questions. That's really all you can ask of a lawyer.

I am thankful for his service, it ended a two-year hopeless nightmare.

Rude and snotty!!! Called secretary and she was rude!! Lawyer never returned phone calls and when I called to follow up from calling the day before he was very rude to me for no reason. I just don't understand how some people can go through life being so rude and hateful. I wouldn't use these people unless I had to.
