There are a few things that are just uncommon in today's practices. One that stands out, it is few and far between that you get to speak directly to the Attorney without either going thru an Executive Assistant or voicemail first.
The process that is set forth by Attorney Smith is smooth and flawless. I simply followed Attorney Smith's instructions, signed documents, had documents stamped by a Notary, mailed completed documents back to Attorney Smith. I mailed my documents on a Monday and on the following Thursday, I received a call from Attorney Smith notifying me that me final documents were in my email and certified copies were being mailed.
I would retain Attorney Smith and his firm for all of my legal problems if they would handle them.

I called earlier for an advertised “free estimate” from Reggie Smith in regards to a speeding ticket in Alabama. Plastered all over his website were his accreditations and reviews doting over his expertise. I was on the phone with Reggie for less than 60 seconds before I was bombarded with his hateful & demeaning, derogatory tone and his arrogant way of communicating. I asked several questions in regards to his services and he immediately began speaking down toward me in a sharp, hateful and belittling tone. He answered a handful of those questions with “I don’t know” as a quick and easy response to my questions and needs which seemed to have bothered him greatly. I am highly disgusted with his ability (or lack-of) to communicate with potential clients and how demeaning and sharp his tone with answering questions in direct relation to his services. If an attorney is unable to communicate with others in a respectful, informative and professional manner, I doubt his services are worth the time or money. Take your business elsewhere.

This highly professional, wonderfully skilled, rather busy, and overly qualified attorney has gone above and beyound to help me with a ticket I "earned" on my first trip on a new powerhouse Yamaha FJY bike. I was clocked at over 100, which I had no clue i was going that fast. He worked long and hard on my behalf, has documented each step and effort he has lead on my behalf, with emails after a short phone call. There is no ambiguity with his way of doing business.

He is 110% accountable and directed me to take the courses I needed, to pay the somewhat reduced fines, and to further follow up after the court case to assure the leadership with the court had received all the items he directed me to provide the court.

Mr Smith is not going to baby sit you. If he asked you to perform an action, or send a payment, or take a course within a specified time or by a certain date, its on you to do it, and perform the requests quickly.

He has under promised and over delivered in my case, many times over. I highly and with a tremendous level of gratitude appreciate his leadership to settle my ticket of April 3, as of last week. AMEN !

Let me add that I have a clear and clean record on my SC DL, which is the only state I have ever been licensed. His fees were as stated on his web site. We actually did not talk much the first few steps in the process, it was mostly emails. But he replied quickly no matter if early AM, or very late into the night. He is on top of things, and is a gift.
