My family and I have been using Luanne Thompson as our attorney for a while now and are currently still using her. As of August 2017, not 2014, I find Mrs. Thompson highly credible! EVERYTHING she has promised to do since day one has been fulfilled! Perhaps if there has been a unresolved issue since 2014, it is a issue the client has, not the lawyer! We have been provided with Mrs. Thompson's home and cell number as well as her office number where you can reach Mrs. Norma ANYTIME! We paid a fee in March, it is almoat September and we have not been asked to pay ANYTHING more. We are highly satisfied with her response time and we are informed of all proceedings. I would highly recommend her to anyone and if I ever have any more legal troubles, Luanne will be the ONLY lawyer I use! She's straight up, hard working, dependable and a extremely hard worker! We are blessed to call her our lawyer!

I am actually being quite generous with a one star rating. This rep of the bar did the worst possible job representing my family member. I won't glorify by calling her a lawyer. All she ever did was say she needed more money and more money and when the Judges orders were ignored by the ex, this person just wanted more money to try to get him back in court instead of having the Judge issue contempt of court and locking him up. No communication since 2014 and the ex is STILL IN CONTEMPT. Won't return phone calls and just says more money is needed to file this and more money is needed to do this... I could not in good conscience recommend you attempt to use this person's service unless you are simply an ATM that can just continue to pay Mo'Money till hell freezes.
She would be ashamed if she could care but it's just about Mo'Money....I'm just saying, maybe you should think twice and get references.
