Mark Howell is who you want in your corner. His calm demeanor helps put your worries at ease. He definitely is the calm in the storm. He gives invaluable solid advice. Didn't care that his client J. Martin was lying and in contempt of court from the beginning and that in mediation I was having an anxiety attack and the case was done with me not having any memory or recollection of the meeting.
Our judicial system is a joke and not for what or who is in the right but for the one who has the money to pay for the lies and wrongs done to the innocent and the sick that was abandoned instead of taking to the hospital.

Mr. Howell charged me $7,000.00 for an outcome I could have gotten with a court appointed attorney. I felt I had no representation when it came 2 on the court date. I called and it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to call me back. When I retained his services all he said that day I scraped up $7,000.00 was he was in a hurry to go on vacation. He was there long enough to take my cash (he requested) and then left immediately! I would NOT recommend hiring him at all! Not even to my worst enemy! (Hopefully I don't have any but if I do!)
