We had a terrible experience working with this office. We paid a lot of money thinking we were in good hands. Almost everything we needed done had to be corrected and corrected again. Documents were missing. No one seemed to know the answers to questions we had. We went several times to sign corrected documents and were even told at one point to just sign anyway and it would be corrected later. No way. Even simple things like getting the mailing address correct was not accomplished resulting in missing items and deeds being sent to an incorrect address. We went to this lawyer because we needed help with a trust, will and LLC. There were things we didn't understand and at one point we were told to just tell them if we wanted something filed in the trust or LLC and they would do it however we wanted. The whole purpose in going to a lawyer was so they could direct US, not us direct THEM. We got different answers from different people in the firm in response to the same question. At one point we showed up, again, to sign what we thought would be the final signature only to find that they had not done what were were to sign because they didn't know what exactly to do, so they just didn't do anything. Resulting once again in another visit after they figured it out. At the very least they could have called us. This process took forever--much longer than it should have due to having to redo so much. We went with this lawyer because we had a recommendation from a friend, then at some point you have spent so much money you can't switch. I would never recommend this legal firm to anyone. Unprofessional and not worthy of recommendation. Gail Peterson

We have our updated Legal Papers reviewed and in place. We have received the Emergency Information cards to help us get the necessary document to our medical providers and other professional contacts.

It has been 19 years since we had the last update and that was under Oklahoma law. Having our 8 documents up to date with Texas law does give us a since of relief.

We greatly appreciate each of the Hilton staff members that had a participation in bring all this to completion. From the staff that set up the appointments and coordinated the paperwork to the Legal Assistants that interviewed us and answered some of our follow-up questions and finally the Lawyers that prepared the documents and reviewed them with us; we want to thank you ALL for your hard work and patience with us.

This Law Office is a joke. They take your money up front and you get nothing in return. I never even met Leigh, I worked with her overworked paealegal.You can NEVER get anyone on the phone and rairly get a return phone call. I used this firm to try and get my mother Medicaid, and after almost a year of trying I had to take matters into my own hands. I was told un-truth's about HHCS and thier employees. I feel like my Father and I did NOT get our $3,000.00 worth of professionalism and assistance getting my mother Medicaid. I would NEVER recommend this firm. Don't waist your time and money!!!!!!!!
