Great service

No problems with Mr. Sanson himself but the front desk is very unprofessional and will lie to cover up their mistakes. Almost 3 weeks after my visit I find out that they did not mail out my paper work as promised by them.

We were referred to this attorney by a colleague of his and his staff, namely "Della" was very rude over the phone to us. We were basically told to take our business elsewhere when we called back to complain about the rude behavior. We understand she is a long term employee, but that does not ever excuse rude behavior and telling potential customer we don't want or need your business?? We did report this back to the person who referred us and attorney Sanson does not realize he just missed out on an extremely large account.
