Andrea Jackson of Jackson Law Firm CHARGES $150 for a CONSULT! DO NOT go 2 UNLESS u are SURE u want 2 hire her. I also witnessed her talk down 2 her staff. I didn't appreciate that myself. & while I was in the meeting of the consult, my spouse was NOT 'allowed' 2 be in there with me. I don't believe that was fair 2 me & leads me 2 believe that there is something 2 hide...mostly just me & my spouse's personal opinions.

The Jackson Law Firm represented me for two cases concurrently: the first being criminal for which I was falsely accused of and the other was a custody battle (related).

I would like to express my highest appreciation and utmost gratitude to the Firm, to include Andrea Jackson and her assistant, Tiana. Their relentless hard work and communication was quintessential not only in winning custody of my child, but the information & options provided to me pertaining to the criminal portion was imperative to the Grand Jury “No Billing” me (charges dropped). I honestly do not believe that another lawyer would have fought as hard, nor do I believe the options available would have been provided, but rather withheld with the ulterior motive being for the case to go to trial (trial=A LOT MORE MONEY). No, it wasn’t cheap, but freedom is priceless and you most certainly get what you pay for when you retain the Jackson Law Firm.

Ms. Jackson is very blunt and to the point. Being an individual who doesn’t much care for sugarcoated promises and pointless directives, the bluntness was much appreciated. I retained a lawyer, not a counselor. You will know if something doesn’t make sense or sound reasonable in the eyes of the Court.

I hadn’t been in any trouble with the law prior to the accusation I was facing and Ms. Jackson did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge correlating to “law”, but rather remained honest and walked me through any areas that were not clear & concise. Horrible law firm!!!!! I won’t use this law firm ever again!! I gave them my money for a custody battle for a retaining fee!! Turns out me and my sons mom worked out our own terms so all they had to do was modify some paperwork!! I met with Andrea one time!! We didn’t even have to go to court and they charged over $6000!!!! I had got prices from other attorneys after I got screwed for modification of orders and nobody even charged half that much!! DO NOT USE ANDREA JACKSON!!

I was about to post my review and began reading some others and came across a recent review from Brenda Valdez. I felt compelled to share with you my experience of Ms Jackson and The Jackson Law Firm. First of all, I found their office to be very inviting and quiet lovely. I found her fees to be in alignment with all other attorneys I had researched before deciding on Ms. Jackson and her firm. Surprisingly enough, her fees for further retainment once we exhausted our original agreement were 100.00 to 200.00 below many other firms I researched. Considering all she did for us, the lower prices in my opinion should be revisited by her and perhaps raised to meet her work ethic standards. She and her staff worked tirelessly to get us all we requested to handle mom's estate and went above and beyond to help us honor mom and her final wishes with her estate. I met Andrea at a personal event where she was instrumental in funding, as well as personally donating coats for the Bessetti Elementary Coat Drive for children in our community. I feel it's important to note that after visiting with her at the Bessetti Coat Drive she matched funding and donations for my son's Memorial Coat Drive. The Hayden Harvey Memorial Coat Drive delivers coats to children and adults in our surrounding small towns who do not receive the type of help that comes with living in a larger town. She helped make a difference for over 350 people and has committed to doing it again in the following years to come. So when I read Mrs. Valdez's review, I was perplexed that she had concerns about the style of the office decor or a cracked screen on Ms. Jackson's cell phone! I personally appreciate that she's willing to have a "rat hole office" and a nasty cracked cell phone screen as Mrs. Valdez stated negatively. It shows ME that her priorities are with us, her clients and her community. Thank you Andrea and staff for meeting all of our needs both professionally and collectively with the help to the kids in our communities.

My experience was horrible! She took our original court orders and picked them apart. She was rude, blunt and offered us no hope for anything better. However she was very quick to tell us she needed 3,000 retainer fee that day plus 250.00 per hour to work our case!
We hadn't even walked out of her little rathole office before she was on her phone. Which by the way was very rude for her to have that nasty, busted phone in front of her on our time and money!!
Don't waste your time or money here!!

Very poor communication skills. Very rude and assuming. Completely mis-represented my daughters interests in a divorce case. Had to be fired/recused. Thousands wasted. When the retainer is gone, so is the communication, effort and professionalism. if your rich, I guess from the other reviews she will work for the money, if she gives you a set fee for a service, get it in writing... wish my daughter had. Still following up on formal board/bar action.

During a particularly difficult time, for my family, I needed some legal advice but it was a weekend. I emailed Andrea, completely prepared for the fact that I would have no answers until Monday. Not only did she respond via email but remained in constant contact the entire weekend, even though she was not our attorney. In the end, even though she couldn't take the case because it was in another county, she referred us to a colleague in the same county. Ms. Jackson is the best! I had an emergancy situation with my kids and she waited all day at the courthouse just to get the timing right on my case and had it straightened out in 3 days after i hired her. Very rude and doesn't communicate at all after she receives retainer. She was late to every meeting and didn't even show up for the meeting the day before court. She was over 30 minutes late for the court date the judge was very upset about waiting on our council. We will be seeking another attorney to complete our case. She charged $1200.00 for about 12 emails. We are very upset with her court demeanor and may file a lawsuit against her for a refund!!!
