I walked in and was ignored bc the reception was engaging in small talk conversation. I was only recognized because I turned to walk out. Then after telling him what I needed he told him I had to wait ten minutes. Why would I need to wait ten minutes for him to finish his work but when I walked in in he wasn't doing any work just having friendly chatter with a woman sitting across from him. I was so offended. I will never go back there.
