After today I am giving this review of a star. If I could give a zero I would rather do that. Last visit they were late and kept us waiting and had to ask 3 times to use a bathroom. They seemed unorganized and the office is uncomfortable to sit in. Mary Lou doesn't even shake your hand let alone get up for anything. She also talks down to people who don't really know what to do next and makes people feel beneath her by allowing her staff say we aren't her clients when we clearly are. Avoid this attorney if you are hoping for a little understanding and professionalism. The Administration wears t-shirts and shorts and it's a professional environment for cripes sakes!!

Mary Lou represented me on my disability case and we won. I recommend quite a few people to use her services. Her whole team is sincerely caring and answered any questions I had at any time throughout the case. Thank you Mary Lou!

This the worst experience I have ever had. I never had phone calls returned. When I left important information that needed to be added to my case they NEVER followed through. I ended up doing all the leg work and calls myself. When asked to speak with attorney I was told I could make an appt. For 2 months later for 15 minutes. I was denied due to paperwork never being turned in. Do not use this attorney!

Eric is very organized and keeps the files very up to date. I have not had the same experience that others have apparently, everyone that I have had been in contact with at the office has been very helpful and friendly. Mrs, Tevebaugh is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about disability law. She was referred to me by my neurologist.

As a first time client we had a bad experience...we were 10 min. late because the office had moved and website gave old address! I had even called to confirm the appointment on our way there. Once we realized they had moved we called to inform them we would be alittle late! When we arrived we were told they could no longer see us and we would have to reschedule! Also the two front desk ladies were not very friendly with us or each other! I think we will go elsewhere!

The staff here is great to work with and my personal interaction with them was a positive one. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs help receiving social security or disability benefits.I would definitely go back.

I have dealt with Janet on clients' behalves for many years now...I have received so many reports of them walking out of the attorney's office feeling worse about themselves than when they came in there in the first place. They feel this way, because of Janet's snarky comments and her sense of superiority over them. I thought her behavior would have abated by now, but it does need to be reported. I am posting under a different name, because I do not want her to be spiteful towards me or clients.

Her staff is incompetent, and Janet, the office manager, enjoys making clients grovel and beg for simple things.
