I want to thank Charles and Alan for all the time and guidness they gave me on my case. They experience shined when it was time. They put extra time studying my case so that they were prepared for the opposing council. Their conference room/WAR ROOM i call it was prepared for battle when it was time. More importantly it wasn't just business with these two lawyers, they truly cared for me and the case to make sure they won. I recommend Charles Kaplan and Alan Notinger for anything you need help with.

Charles Kaplan is the type of attorney every client wants on their side. He has the utmost respect for his clients and opposing counsels alike. His skill and hard work speaks for itself. You can't find a better attorney to get the job done.

James P. Moon self-appointed judge, jury, and executioner determined my property belongs to my neighbor. Mr. Moon sent me a very threatening letter with only his client's side of the story. He didn't even take into consideration that his client was lying to him. He just reacted.

He threatened me with criminal trespass and what would happen if I proceeded to replace my fence. Our neighbor was aware of the location of my property. I have a signed document by his client which she was in agreement of the location my property.

Mr. Moon was gracious enough to provide me a copy of the Criminal Trespass Texas Penal Code, Section 30.05 so I would be fully aware of the implications of replacing fence.

FYI, Mr. Moon, my neighbor does not own my fence. This matter should have been handled in a court of law not by what you stated in your vicious letter.

If you want to acquire someone's property without court proceedings then hire this attorney.
