I received a fast initial callback and useful first consult and was told they could do the job in the time frame I was working on. Once I engaged Silberman to help with a small business investment, the attorney I was assigned was not responsive and billed several hours while providing no documents, useful email feedback, or consultation call availability. At the end of the day, I was billed several hours without getting any work product in return, and more significantly, the business transaction I was working on was delayed while I searched for a new attorney. Given several chances, my attorney and the senior partner failed to deliver or offer recompense for failure to deliver. I would like to share my experience with the Silberman Law Firm. I purchased a piece of commercial property from a close friend's widow. I'd known of the property for years, and knew my friend owed no money on it, so I just had someone do a cursory title search on it so the transaction could take place quickly. Later, as I preparing to sell the property, an oddball lien showed up, which involved no outstanding debt, yet clouded the title where no one would insure it.
