I had an Attotney from there I was working with on a case who was very friendly, she got sick and it eventually got turned over to a partner christopher brown. I Explain to him that it took a long time for me to finally get in contact with someone from that firm to continue to help me with the case for I needed to respond to a court letter and the deadline was approaching. It sounds like if u are not suing or getting sued for over 100k they are not interested even though it was one of their partners who helped me initially. They will probably stick to suing doctors and truck drivers for false claims to make more

I had a horrible experience with this law firm. I paid for a service that I was told would take two weeks. I finally received what I paid for 2 months later only after spending hours of my time calling and emailing the firm. Most of the time no one answered the phone. My attorney, Kayla Argo, was very responsive via email at first. After she took my money, I had a very hard time reaching her. I would not recommend conducting business with this law firm.

The two people I've talked to when I call in have been really great!! They have been able to answer question I have a out when and how I would hear back from the lawyer. I have a love/hate relationship with this law firm.

I love my lawyer, she worked hard with my ever-evolving bankruptcy case. Although, most of the problems resulting in her working so hard were brought about by the firm's actions, or more appropriately, inaction.

It took three months from the time I paid my legal fees (paid ch. 7 fees in full) before they even got the ball rolling on my chapter 7.

By the time they actually got around to meeting me, I no longer qualified, and now I am in a chapter 13. From the time I started the process, until the petition was filed with the court, six months had passed.

I was constantly met with radio silence, I had to literally beg for their attention.

I can't, in good faith, recommend this firm to anyone seeking bankruptcy protection. Being bankrupt is a stressful and demeaning experience. Having the law firm you chose to help you completely disregard you for 90 days after taking your payment in full is inexcusable and unacceptable.

I am filed now, with the courts, awaiting confirmation. I am on a repayment plan for 5 years. Things would have been much better if the process wasn't stagnant for three months. I would have qualified for chapter 7 and had it discharged already.

Such is life and lesson learned.

The staff is super nice, the offices are beautiful, and my lawyer is funny, personable, and truly wants to help. Things just went off the rails from jump and by the time everything worked out, I no longer qualified for my chapter 7 and as a result I have to pay 2k more in lawyer fees and be on a payment plan that leaves me with just enough to get by.

I can't answer for their other services, but for bankruptcy services, perhaps you should seek out a different firm.

I have a case with the firm I have tried to reach the person over the case and she has failed to return any of my calls. Everytime I call I get a lady saying basically all she can do is forward a message to the person I cant contact. Strange....Im trying to find another representative for my case. The fact that this law firm doesn't return calls are reach out to existing clients worry me a little. I have been to therapy and had multiple MRI s. I guess this procedure was a waste of time.Really didn't get the support or help from this lawfirm.

I worked with Atty Kerri Howard for quit claim on my 2 properties. I paid them for work I needed but I have not heard from her in 1 month after. I have to email her for the job I hired her to do. It took 4 months from august to November for a simple quit claim job which it should only take 4 weeks. That was really frustrating. When I hire you and pay you what you ask for, I expect the job to be done on time and correctly. For the future clients, good luck! Maybe this job is too small for her too handle! Maybe she wants a bigger cases!

Was referred to them by Legal Zoom. While Kayla Argo was knowledgeable about trademark law (I am not an attorney, but I have done several trademarks with other attorneys so I know enough) and helped me during my free consultation, when it came to do the work they were horrible. They immediately took my $500, then I didn't hear from them for a while (probably a month) after she told me I would have a letter out in two weeks. She told me other partners were reviewing it or something, but weeks went by again until I had to get my money back. What's really funny after doing this to me, they send me a Google Review request. Wasn't going to say anything, but this just proves my point. Just too big a firm with bad customer service that has no clue what is going on. Way too many other firms to use that care. I found T-Rex Law out of CA and he has been awesome. Only charges what he does and doesn't ask for any of this retainer garbage. I suggest them over these guys.

TREAD VERY CAREFULLY...a cautionary tale.
12/21/2011 I was injured in a car crash. At the recommendation of a friend I retained Attorney Barrett Stetson,(excellent although now defunct) unfortunately due to an injury his wonderful practice closed and my case was bought/sold to Fears Nachawati.

I now feel as though I should have taken my case elsewhere. To start...upon my initial visit the paralegal presented a contract with a higher rate than what I entered into with my initial attorney. I protested and my contract was amended. With nearly 30K in medical bills I wanted a quick resolution. As outlined in my "suit" the nature of my injury would require ongoing care, as it's now a chronic condition for me, resulting in constant pain and stiffness.

The problem I have is that I don't even know the attorneys name who handled my case, because EVERY time I came in for a meeting it was always a different underling and not a principal! Fast forward through very intrusive depositions and digging into my background(keep in mind I'm the injured one) failed mediation, poor communication from my attorneys, and constant continuances almost 3 years later it was time for the "big dance".

After prepping for trial and significant reductions to medical cost, I was called into the office the Friday afternoon before my Monday trial started to dicuss settlement. I asked my attorney why he'd even consider settling after almost 3 years of litigation. I was told jury's are notoriously unpredictable and settling for $2000 after everyone else(doctors/lawyers) got paid was a good deal. I reluctantly accepted the offer at the ADVISE of counsel! I couldn't even buy a Brookstone massage chair with my settlement.

Fast forward to present day(still in pain), an unnamed source advises me that my attorney (may have been) approached by the insurance companies attorney and offered compensation to push me to settle. As such I've retained an investigator and pending results/statutes am considering litigation.
Reflecting back on the whole experience, I now know I should've walked at the first meeting!!!

I don't understand how they can do business, without communicating with the client. I've had a class settlement case with them going on 3 years, and getting information about my case is like pulling teeth. Everytime I call, which is like every 4 months all I get is a voicemail. It's very frustrating!!!

They ignore attempts to get back in touch with you for months on end. Their people that answer the calls say they'll call you or on the other line...... REALLY.... for months. YEAH OK. Now after monrhs to be told I'm going to have to get a different kinda of attorney they can't help...almost a year later. Their a joke.

They was good at calling back and send Birthday Cards now I have not heard from this law firm since they sent me to get a CT scan one hr and 30mins from where I live. I called when i received my results but NO Response. #? Is this law firm still working on my case.

I submitted my original claim in June 2017. I was a signed Arati for my Hernia Mesh Claim. In that time I've made several phone calls but never receive any respone or updates. Recently I sent an email and received a call from a very nice Woman Hillary. I appreciated her kindness but I was upset when she told me they had the wrong dates regarding my surgical procedures. Two years wasted. Hillary assured me she would get the ball rolling. I was able to obtain the records myself and emailed them a month ago. I hope to hear an update soon. Not a great experience. I continue to suffer.
