David Grantham, attorney at law, stands out from other attorneys through his zeal in representing clients. Before my son’s second birthday, my neighbors filed a false report to CPS regarding illegal drug use inside our household. Being that this was the first time my girlfriend and I had to face the possibility of having our child taken away from us, we both were terrified and emotionally devastated at the thought of our 1 and half-year old being placed in a foster home. My girlfriend became temporarily physically ill as a result of the stress and anxiety associated with undergoing an investigation by CPS. Having worked in the legal field after graduating from law school, I knew how to distinguish between an attorney who would zealously represent my rights and an attorney who would just treat us like a “case” or a “file,” charge a flat fee, close the case quickly as possible with the least amount effort so that he or her could move on to making more money with other prospective clients. Most attorneys will charge a client a ridiculously high retainer in the form of a flat fee, spend as little time possible representing the client, strike some deal with the state and or opposing counsel that is far from the client’s desired outcome and tell the client that it is the best option the client has. But not Mr. Grantham. Instead, Mr. Grantham’s zeal for his client’s rights is, simply put, unheard of and extraordinary. We all know attorneys are notorious for poor communication. It’s always hard to get in touch with them, not to mention having an attorney promptly return your phone calls and or text messages. However, this was never a problem with Mr. Grantham. Mr. Grantham always promptly returned my calls and almost always answered them, and if he didn’t, would send me a text if he was unable to talk at the time informing me that he would call me as soon as he got out of court. In addition, whether it was a meeting with CPS, a motion to quash an ex parte order or an appointment with my family, he was always on time. Furthermore, from the very beginning, Mr. Grantham demonstrated unmatched decisiveness by immediately laying out a plan on how to proceed and when formulating his legal strategy, he would consider my feelings and ideas in his overall determination of how he was going to proceed with our case. Moreover, instead of striking some back-room careless deal with CPS, Mr. Grantham produced the kind of results that restored my belief in a legal system, that when properly administered, protects government agencies like CPS from violating an individual’s fundamental constitutional rights. Moreover, most CPS cases take nearly a year if not longer in adjudicating. But in my case, Mr. Grantham shut CPS down inside sixty days. What separates Mr. Grantham from other attorneys is that he has the rare gift of caring about his clients as if they were his own family and or friends. Whether it be CPS, the district attorney or opposing counsel, I honestly feel sorry for them when going up against Mr. Grantham as he is a force to be reckoned with. If you want a lawyer who is going to be right there with you, in the same battle, the same foxhole, with a plan and the talent to execute it and achieve your desired outcome, I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Grantham.

I would highly recommend Grantham Law Group! When I first called it was a very urgent moment, and I needed an attorney right then and there. He had a very reasonable price, and he is very experienced attorney and knows what he is talking about. He always made the right decisions with each pleading, motion, etc. He has a very strong voice in the court room and will treat his clients well!
I called to ask if this law firm would be able to take a general business case. My question was: Can you assist me with the purchase of a business. The individual that answered the phone promptly snapped and said “I’m not going to give you free legal advice, but we can set up and appointment”. I said that works for me, what’s the cost of your consultation. Then again he snapped and said “Is that what you want, or are you looking for free legal advice...”
If a potential client is asking a question of your firms expertise, that’s not seeking free legal advice. Very unprofessional!
