First, in the consultation he will tell you that he does not charge for quick calls or emails to discuss the case, but when you get the bill the charges will be there. We spoke about thins that he would do to help my case and things that we could try, but once hired the quickly became “not a good idea” or he didn’t think that would “go over well with the judge”, but he absolutely said the opposite in our consultation. His office told me the wrong time to show up for court! Anything that actually got done was because I pushed and pushed him to do it. He was not clear and upfront about the process. He assured me the money we agreed on would be enough and half way through he asked for more money. His office filed my orders wrong and delayed me getting my child support by at least a couple months. I had to call the court clerk to check on it finally. When I told him and the office of the mistake so they could fix it, he told me what the court clerk and told me was wrong and they did not need to fix anything!!! Then once all was said and done, when you have a question about the orders that he did,, because he will not explain them well enough, he will tell you he does not have time to answer questions. Do not waste your time and money on the “attorney”!!!!

We used Michael about 5 years ago for a custody case. He was aggressive when he needed to be, and gave some of the best advice we could’ve asked for.
