Do not hire this crooked lawyer. I paid him $3500 and he removed himself from my case when I didn't agree with his approach. He never refunded any portion of his fee. He never reviewed the evidence in my case. He lied to me and told me he had. He sent me pictures of bottles of wine mistakenly evidently. The guy is a liar and a thief. He is the reason people hate lawyers. Do not hire this guy.

Tim Hartley is an excellent DWI and criminal defense attorney. As a lawyer, I have referred several clients to him and they received hard-fought representation and favorable results. Tim is proactive with his representation and puts a lot of work in early in the case. He is very good about communicating with clients and keeping them informed about case progress.
