This firm is now defending notorious corporate criminal Neiman Marcus.. Guess they will do anything for a dollar. After all the damage this company has done to consumers, snd it's own employees.you would think they would have passed...Will be fun to watch them lose this case..

Very good law firm, they are representing my opponent in a law suit, and we can appreciate they are a very good lawyers. If you need a litigator, this is a good boutique law firm. Intellectually honest.

Lynn Pinker Cox & Hurst, and attorneys like Josh Sandler, are consistently rated as amongst the best trial attorneys because they are prepared, they know the law and are great advocates, and they know how to win.
I am myself an attorney with trial experience (although I don't actively practice law), and I know first-hand how frustrating the legal process can be. In today's business environment lawsuits are unfortunately inevitable. From top to bottom Lynn Pinker Cox & Hurst treated our suit with the utmost professional care with accompanying bedside manner to boot. I can't say enough kind words about Eric, Jervonne, Andres, Mariela, April and the rest of the team. Our case never seemed 'second' and their aggressive yet logical no nonsense approach to litigation is just what we needed. I appreciate all their hard work and I certainly recommend their team of professionals - and it is a team - for others looking for prudent representation.

Eric Pinker & his team have helped me through an extremely difficult situation involving multiple claims. We went to trial & received a judgment for ALL of the damages I was seeking. Eric & his team are continuing to force the defendants to live up to that judgment. I couldn’t be more grateful for Eric & his team, who have stood with me every step of the way, while doing a phenomenal job! Thank you!!! Eric maintains that of the utmost integrity & character. My confidence & trust remain absolute & unwavering.

The Lynn firm has consistently delivered outstanding positive results for my company in multiple complex litigation and arbitration matters. Their teams are terrific, their perseverance and work products are excellent, and their case preparation and management are unparalleled. My motto is--don't engage in major litigation or arbitration without the Lynn team on your side!

I highly recommend Kent Krabill if you need an attorney. If he can’t help you with what you need, he’ll definitely help get you to the right person.

Untrustworthy, Andres Correa in particular. very nice upfront, but when it comes time for him to keep his word, expect to wait for nothing.

I LOST $1.2 MILLION IN LEGAL FEES AND HAD TO WITHDRAW MY SUITS BECAUSE I HIRED THIS HORRIBLE FIRM. THEY ARE THE MOST UNETHICAL BUNCH OF CROOKS I EVER MET. In my opinion they committed fraud, theft, breach of contract, DTPA violations, and were far worse than the person I hired them to sue. For example, they constantly told me my case was very strong, but a source has told me they always told him i was going to lose - complete LIARS.
They were also incredibly, inexplicably rude to me. Constantly yelling at me, making belittling comments, while billing me $100,000 a month. Just unbelievable, unconscionable, way to treat a client. I am now suing them (taking them to arbitration).
YOU WILL BE ME if you hire these horrible people. You don't want to be me. Go across the street to Jackson Walker, I met them first, and they seemed like much better people. Or hire anyone else.
Regarding associates here, one time a lawyer in the office next to my lawyer's, when I was standing outside mine's office, came out and said "You know, your associate is the best in the firm." He probably meant this to make me feel good, but I thought my associate had a lot of shortcomings, so was shocked. If he was the best, how much worse could they be? Then he QUIT! So you won't even get him. The associate who replaced him, a new hire, was amazingly poor. A communications major, his communications were terrible. At one point during a deposition a defendant objected: "How many times have we made that agreement today?", and the new associate said: "I'm just verifying that this is accurate," and the defendant noted: "For about the twentieth time --." The only valuable questions were the ones I framed and insisted be asked. Don't think you are going to get a smart associate - I didn't.
My experience was that all they wanted to do from Day 1 is take as much money as they possibly could from me, and screw me over to the maximum possible degree, then quit - which is what they did, 3 weeks prior to the trial.
This firm's assertion that they want to be the best trial law firm in Texas is also in my experience a big lie and fraud. They have zero interest in going to trial - probably afraid to. They want to bill you 5x what someone would settle for, then demand you take the settlement offer, losing 80% of your money, and if you don't, they will quit. They will never take your case to trial. Just take it to a settlement for a tiny fraction of what they bill you.
I put my 100% trust in this firm, and it was greatly misplaced. There are lots of good law firms in Dallas. Pick a different one. It makes all the difference in the world who you pick. Don't believe any of their brochures or marketing, or anything they tell you. In my experience this firm is a fraud. If you hire them, you will lose all of your money, and end up suing them, and they will ruin your life.
