Mike Mosher represented me in my divorce and James Rodgers and Judy Hodgkiss of The Moore Law Firm represented my wife. Mr. Mosher recommended that we ask for a jury trial over the custody of my two preschool daughters because he thought the judge, although a good judge, might favor her. He spent hours with me before the trial preparing me for James' or Judy's cross examination so that I would not get tripped up. Because of that I was able to effectively tell the story of my children's lives and show the jury what was best for their future. And Mr. Mosher was able to show the jury on cross examination of my wife, the problems that would result for our daughters if she was given custody. DO NOT HIRE him!!!! We hired this attorney to assist in a child custody case where a child had accused his mother of sexual abuse and I as the biological father wanted to fight for custody from a woman with MANY CPS cases against her. We knew our son was telling the truth as he stuck to his story for over a year. During the time we were fighting for custody and to keep our son safe he not only showed extreme negligence by not filing paperwork in a timely manner but also by not returning phone calls or providing information to us as needed. He even showed up to court 20 minutes late on one occasion! We were treated at all times like an after thought as he often went out of town to fight bigger better cases. He had NO interest in helping my son. We ended up FIRING him 3/4 through the case but instead of taking his firing gracefully he went to the court and asked to be removed because WE the client were unreasonable asking him to DO HIS JOB. Once the court case was over we found him out and about with the attorney who took the case for the mother of my child and we firmly believe he was working against us. We cannot prove it but we believe it as he never did anything to prove he worked for us. My son is now 10 years old and we are going through this AGAIN after the mother took the child and ran with him for 3 years. It is a real shame that a child had to suffer all of these years at the hands of a sorry excuse for an attorney. I hope you are Happy Mike Mosher, I hope you are happy! I received lawsuit paper work from this lawyer for his client. I don't even know or did any kind of business with his client. I did my home work and found out that they trying to sue A corp. and i am AA corp. I call him and told him you got wrong person but he saying no he is wright and i am wrong. So i did some research and send him proof that you got wrong person. Oh by they way after reading paper work i found out his client give him person name and address that should be included in lawsuit not me. Still this DUMASS DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. SO I THINK IF YOU HIRE HIM TO DEFEND YOU YOU WILL BE WESTING YOUR MONEY.
