I’m leaving this review I should’ve left years ago. Mr. Humphreys helped my little brother who was already serving a 10-year sentence for aggravated assault to a public servant. He started serving his sentence in juvenile at age 14 and had his release date set already. However, they suddenly changed his release date adding an extra 1 1/2 years. They weren’t counting the time he had already served as a juvenile. We hired Humphreys and Peterson and they were able to get the judge to count all his time served; therefore, his release date was changed counting his back time. He was released from prison back in 2013. Not only is he an amazing attorney but also has very reasonable prices compared to others! The “negative” reviews you see are either people who never had a chance to actually have him work on their case or people who were told the honest truth about their outcome and weren’t happy about it. Trust those reviews of actual clients.

Mr. HUMPHREY was very thorough and explained the process as this was the first time I have ever had to hire a lawyer. He put my mind at ease. So far things are going good.

I have had nothing but great legal help from Mr. Humphries and appreciate his no nonsense attitude thats straight to the point open honest legal approach to each individual case. He will never tell you anything that he can't deliver on and has always made better than good on the things he can accomplish for you on each individual basis. I’m Jamie LaPoint-Hassey and Charlie Humphrey has Represented me on two case in Dallas County. February 20, 2020 I had a warrant out for violation of probation and Charlie was able to walk me into the courts and got my warrant lifted with a PR bond. Mr.Humphreys is hands down one of the best lawyers I’ve had. Always made me feel like I was in good hands, he is well known in the Frank Crowley Courts Building! I followed every single one of his instructions and everything worked out in our favor. I was currently on 3 years deferred probation on 2 drug felonies, and while on probation I got arrested again with 4 more felony charges. this has to be the worst attorney's office in my opinion. SMH. I called for a simple case. he interrupted me, told me to pray for them, then said he was tired of me talking and hung up. I am not sure was it because of my nationality or because they are so rich that they can afford to pass on clients. nevertheless, DONT USE THIS LAWYER"S office. go to someone else who cares...DONT USE. trust me.
