I didn’t have to always explain my case or who I was. Nancy is absolutely wonderful, they always ask how you’re doing and have a genuine light conversation with you. Donivan usually gets a few laughs out of me everytime I’ve called. He will fight to get you the best deal, and he always asks to make sure that you’re ok with everything before he proceeds with anything. He will guide you in the right direction and respect any decision you make. They do everything they can to make sure you get the help you need. If it wasn’t for them i don’t think I would have ever figured out what was wrong with my neck and got my physical therapy. He’s honest and makes sure that he doesn’t walk away with more money than what you get. By the time the settlement was all broken down & I got my share I ended up with more than I was expecting. When the insurance company is refusing to pay what you want, he cuts costs by getting discounts on medical bills and doesn’t take his 30% where I would end up with nothing. He made sure he didn’t end up with more in his pocket than me. These are great people and I highly recommend them. I hope I don’t have to call them again but if I ever end up in another accident I have his number saved!

I was involved in an accident in 2016 where I was struck by a drunk driver who left the scene of the accident but later came back. I originally sought out the services of another law firm, that law firm handed my case over to the Flowers Law Firm. At first I was a bit irritated by being juggled around by lawyers, but I soon found out it was the best thing that could have happened.

Donovan Flowers is not like any lawyer I’ve met, and I’ve met quite a few of them, he really cares about his clients, he keeps in contact, he’s always returned a phone call when I’ve left a message, and he gave great council and advice during my case. We closed the case this month July 2018, and most lawyers are about grabbing as much money as they can, Donovan told me he did not believe a lawyer should get a higher percentage of the money than the client, and when the settlement was reached I got a good amount, more than I ever thought, and it’s because of Donovan Flowers.
