Awesome company, took longer than expected but the payout was more than expected so I can’t complain. My attorney Rabia was awesome with explaining everything from the process to the breakdown. I did get a little discouraged at one point but he and his team did all they could with getting the maximum payout even when dealing with my insurance company and I appreciate every bit of it. Hi I really don’t know where to begin, I guess I will just speak from the heart. Well there is no words that can really explain this Amy Witherite Law Group and Staff here in Atlanta Ga along with the wonderful Frank ski and the v-103 family. You guys have been so amazing to me more that you would every know every time I talk or hear or see anything that says Amy Witherite Law Group I scream and say that’s my Attorney. I am so great full for you all I can’t really say too much about my case that happen a year ago this April was hit by 18 wheeler because as of next we are coming close hopefully in settling which I am praying that they be reasonable about it and all I can do is trust God like I have been doing along with this wonderfully team here in Atlanta, just to say a couple things about the team. First person that I came in contact with the night of the accident was Mr. Jay Banks awesome person he spoke to me and stay on the phone while I was crying and he call back and continue to check on me all the way until I got to the hospital and then he came to my home the next day and was with me every step of the way. Next these wonderful women listen to me as I went thru pain and cried they heard me out no matter how many times I called they would called or email me back and those ladies are Ms. Jazmine and Ms. Myrthala and I am thankful for them. Last but not least these wonderful guys who have discuss the case with me explain to me everything Mr. Martin Futrell and Mr. Sean Mcevoy I am thankful. So Mrs. Amy Witherite I just want to thank you and you r wonderful staff so far and hope one day I will get the pleasure to meet you, I did try to meet you last year to tailgate but there was not parking space close by and the walk was too far to walk at the time I was a little sad but I said one day I will get to meet you and also thanks to Frank ski and the V-103 to always talk about the firm. If I could give them a negative star I would when they say they stay in contact with the client that is a false statement my sister, brother-in-law and I was involved an accident Jan 1st 2019. Yes I know with will take some time but when are trying to get a up date in the case the attorney is do busy to return a phone call we all have tried numerous of times the only time we hear back is when we are talking about closing the case with them. I would leave a no stars. Because of a recent conversation with your employees. I was involved in a car accident. So I decided to call your firm. Because, of some commercials I heard on 105.7 fm. You say one thing one the radio. But, the young I talked says totally the opposite. I explained how the accident happened and about the other car and that the car was driven by the boyfriend of the owner of the car. And they rammed into me. I reported the accident right after it happened. The owner report several days later. The give a recorded statement to my insurance company and lied on it. She said she was driving and supposedly sped up and hit them. Which all were lies. So when I called your firm. The young man I spoke to said that you couldn't take the case unless I had proof. I had mentioned to him that I believe there could a video with proof. And he excused himself to double check with "your investigation team/person". And came back on and told me that I had to go get the clip of the video myself as proof. Which was trying to obtain your firm to be my lawyers. But, if I'm have to do all the work why would I need you guys. Which really upset me. Because, everything on you radio advertisement with Dede in the morning seems nothing like what I experienced on that phone recently. Which was very disappointing. False advertising. And misleading the consumer to make money off them but have them do all the grunt work. I'm not a paralegal. I just someone who wants the truth. And I felt with her lying I might just need a lawyer to protect me and help me proof she was lying. I am still in a lot pain. From the accident. And I've been to the er twice already. No fractures or broken bones. But, yet I'm still hurting.
But, I'm writing this in Hope's that you see this and realize your staff I spoke to is doing the opposite of what you brag and say you do on the radio. And that unjust and unjustified.

I was rear ended with my children in the car. My settlement was less than fair. My life was not kept running. And I do not feel like this law firm fought for myself and my children. The settlement was humiliating. I will not disclose figures. I would not recommend this firm.
