I got their information from a family friend who had used their services in the past. They came highly recommended so I decided to use them for my personal injury following a bad car accident. But my experience has been mediocre at best. Today, after 4+ months of litigation, I was expressing disappointment with a few things regarding an outcome in my case, when I was told by my attorney that if I didn't like her services I could seek another attorney. Who says that to someone who they are working on behalf of?? This is not the first time that she has been rude to me, as the other times I just let it go and said maybe she was having a bad day. I've given her tons of grace, but after this, I am done. As a professional myself, I cannot imagine speaking to a client or customer in such a manner. I'm disappointed. I'm sure there are other great attorneys there, but my experience here was not great. I absolutely adore Rep Julie Johnson and all that she does here in our state. She takes care of people and I know she would want the same to be happening in her law office as well, but for me I don't feel like it did. I will end up paying more in medical bills than the actual portion of the settlement I will receive. Sad.

Not at all happy, nor impressed with anything. I feel, I was totally burned and left with a massive bill. Robin was, hands down the worst Attorney. Do yourself a favor, it's too late for me. Move on. Find someone else.

When I was rear ended while pregnant and left with emergency room bills, Molly and team were amazing! So helpful and compassionate. Don't know what I would have done without them.

I was in Dallas for a conference, when I took a fall at the venue and broke my foot. When I got back to NC I was able to think about the negligence of the venue as they left equipment on the floor, as well as the treatment after my fall which was not how it should have been.

I made the decision to talk to an attorney to see if I had a case to at the least get my medical cost covered. I read reviews on many attorneys and pick the Julie Johnson firm based on their reviews.

From the first conversation they agreed that I should be compensated and they were willing to take my case on. Molly Scott was assigned my case and has been amazing to work with. There are times of silence, but that is the judicial system and the process, has nothing to do with the service of the law firm. If I reach out to Molly, she answers me with what she knows at the time, even if it is nothing!

When I flew to Dallas for deposition I was greeted like an old friend and Molly supported me and prepared me for the process. There is no doubt that I got lucky when I chose this firm and even luckier when Molly was assigned my case.

No case is brushed aside. The most important thing about lawyer - client relationships is honesty. These ladies have your back.

I would not dare recommend anyone I know to this law firm! Everybody else who is employed there may be nice and have great customer service skills but ROBIN oh my God!! She treated me & my husband the worst way possible. As soon as we walked into her office and she seen us she had a snotty look on her face, She didn't even greet us nor did she introduce herself to us. As my husband was talking to her about his case she did not respond nor ask questions, She kept it VERY SHORT, so I stood up and told her " Your not evening trying to help us right when we walked in you looked like you were disgusted by us, so thank you for your time, we are leaving" " and I'll make sure to write a review on you" All she said was ok.... So as we walked out we just could not believe she treated us that way. So I felt like I needed to let someone else know our experience there. In the car now I call the law firm and ask to speak to someone over her. So I am transferred over to Robin (AGAIN) she did not introduce herself to me. So i asked her I need to speak to someone in charge because we were treated very rude. She said yeah this is me and you told me how rude I was ( laughing while saying it ) I told her whats your name? and that is when she said Robin ( so that is how I found out her name ) ( because from the beginning she never introduced herself) I told her I need to speak to someone in charge ( someone over you ) who is that? and that is when she said that's Julie. So I left my Name & Number with her to give to Julie. Thankfully Julie called me back and I was able to explain to her our experience there with robin @ her law firm and how that was so rude and uncalled for. So again I will never go back there myself nor will I ever refer anyone there!
