No real help!

I love my Lawyer and her team they really went the extra mile for me leaving no rock unturned..

I lost contact plus they never call me.

Have dealt with them in the past and it has always been a positive experience, they really back up their claim to care about their clients

This lawfirm has been more than wonderful. I have never experienced an accident where my personal and work life had been affected. Although Mackenzie schedule may have been full, he made me feel as though I was his only client. Before: Unfortunately, I didn't come with great news. I've had problems with direct communication from my attorney. I've been scheduled for phone conferences that either didn't happen or reschedule at later date. I wasn't called before hand to inform me, however after my conference time of my attorney not calling or reschedule. I DO NOT feel that my case is being reviewed properly at all. I put in a lot of work myself obtaining different information to help my own case. I've been told I don't have good news or bad news, just have no news. I feel that my case is a very strong case if worked properly. Everytime I call my attorney is in meetings, depositions, and court. When I called initially they made me feel that I didn't have to stress anymore, but that's all I've been doing. I truly wish that I could 5 star rating and feel like everyone else, but I shall not lie about the treatment I been getting.

Did not get treated well. Very poor services. I highly doubt if all of these are paid reviews. My car had damages, my back and neck was hurt, I paid out of pocket for the days exceeded for car rental, numerous phone calls and total waste of my time and too much stress and after the 33% or so deducted and medical bills paid I got left with mere peanuts for all I went through. They promise you the stars and throw you in the dumps.

The worst client attorney experience I've ever had! 3 + years and counting. Attorney wouldn't listen to our need for future medical. Only concentrated on telling us about"the cash money in your pocket today"! Feeling of pure cheated. Received referral to chiropractors who referred us to them. Never got all the medical reduced as they told us. Wouldnt have to think or blink at all if ever they offered to print papers and file a hearing on my behalf going forward.

Great, Lourdes was my legal assistant she answered every question that I had. I was a tough client calling at least once a month for my ongoing case since November 2014. She never once sounded frustrated with all the questions that I had. I did come off rude to her quite a few times, but still she never got upset with me and she was very understanding. I would highly recommend this Law Firm. As they were referred to me from a doctor I used to work for Dr. Arash Tirandaz.

I've never been to the firm, but I see their advertising everywhere, especially on the back of buses and at Royal and Audelia every morning It's terrible. I have had the same great ideas for you for almost a year. We should talk.

I came to the one in Fort Worth. The lady welcome me that is a legal assistant. She seems help at first and I so appreciate her. I provide for her every information such as pictures, records, insurances from both sides. But after few months still not hear anything back from her even a phone call. So I needed to call her back and ask about my case, she said to wait, she also said she did not receive any information from me...?? WAIT? Why don't you save the client's information? You still can find back by email though???? I provide everything AGAIN for her and yes, it was a big delay for me. Then she said my case is hard, you need to wait for long, she said her lawyer need to solve other big cases first. If you cannot do it, just let me know at the first time, I will find another one, just wasting my time in this business. I know you guys have a lot of cases to help. But I am also your client, even my case might not big like other but I came for the help not to see the ignorance. How can you solve my case without saving the information? I don’t even receive a care from them!!!! POOR SERVICE lead to poor business :) Do not recommend to anyone :) Unprofessional is this place!

I don’t even receive any care from your guys, even a call to let me know what happen in my case or provide information about it before I wrote this feedback!! I didn't even know who was my lawyer helping to solve my case. It had been almost a year already!! Thank you but too late though. I wonder whether I should believe your guys or not? Are they legal assistant too? I wonder who will come back after a year of ignorance??!

I don't know how other people rate. But I hate the lady who is legal assistant works in Fort Worth's office. Maybe she thought all Vietnamese don't know anything about the law so she treat us like SH... I'm an educated person, I'm the Xray-Technologist. When my sister come to see her first time, she said everything she would take care. Actually, my sister had car accident, she had neck and lower back pain after the MVA. The legal assistant told her go to Chiropractor. His name is Thien. His office's in Watauga. (She and this guy have connection, and he treats patient like S.. also). I received mail from insurance which said insurance wouldn't pay for our medical bill. I asked legal assistant several times to make sure before my sister went to chiropractor. She said don't worry, just go, she guaranteed the insurance must pay for my sister's medical bill. After while, the insurance deny, so she said she couldn't do anything, and also she didn't tell me that she guaranteed insurance pay for my bill. Oh seriously??? If she didn't say that, my sister wouldn't go to Chiropractor. Ok Fine, no choice, we must pay for that..... We asked her what option we should do to ask insurance pay for our medical bill. She said her lawyer will take care this case. After 3-4 months, we still didn't hear anything from her so we give up because the insurance must close our case. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE!!!!!!

My husband and I used Rad Law Firm to settle a medical malpractice case. It was a long, drawn out affair, due to the nature of the beast. Attorney D.T. was very kind, and very professional. We went through periods of not being kept up to date on what was happening, but in the long run, that did improve. I would, and already have, referred a couple of friends to DT at Rad. I would use the firm again if needed.
