As my so-called "court-appointed attorney" who claimed to be my counsel to defend me (which in fact I never agreed nor gave them the permission that they could), Francisco Hernandez, Daniel Hernandez, and Phillip E Hall all three professional men did a great job at trying to destroy my life instead of protecting my rights and freedom. They are unfit for any good works and I have proof and plenty of facts that these men help the system embezzle money and do the fraudulent paperwork to incriminate innocent people with charges they didn't commit. They help no one but their selves.

I was involved in an incident at a previous job where I was assaulted by a co-worker. Upon suddenly being punched in my face, I deemed it necessary to defend myself. Unfortunately for me, the room in which the incident took place was devoid of cameras or witnesses so it was their word against mine. I take it the person must have lied to their attorney and possibly the authorities about what really happened which consequentially drug the case out for more than it should have.

The process was long and grueling but I don't blame them. Today's criminal justice system doesn't seem to be as optimal as it should be. My life was entirely derailed by this incident but it could have been worse.
