My daughter was protecting herself from a domestic violence act. The act ended badly and she was arrested. This occured in a county close to Ft. Worth. The county sheriff investigator decided she was guilty as soon as he was on the scene. While she was in jail, her father had an encounter with a TV news reporter from Ft. Worth. She was not requesting an interview.She referred him to Navid Alband. I believe God was involved in that meeting.

After my daughter got out of jail, Navid and a professional forensics person came to her house and did a thorough investigation of the crime scene. My daughter requested to be able to view and read and review all the records. Navid allowed my daughter and I to go to his office over several days. She found a lot of conflicting evidence admitted by the county. We then had a meeting with Navid to discuss her findings. He met with the DA and the ADA many times to get this case taken care of. Five months later the case was dismissed. Praise God.
