They’ve waited 2 years so I can’t take my case somewhere else and then drop my case twice. Once when my son pasted and last when I got hurt at work. They never called me to let me know what’s going on with my case and when I called I could never get a call back . It’s something up with that because twice hmmm

Do NOT use this firm if you have a Workers Comp Case.
The attorneys do not take the time to meet with you at all, they don't even give you a call. It is very hard to get in contact with anyone. They do not keep you updated on your case. You will have to hassle them if you want to get any information out of them. There is miscommunication between the paralegals and the attorneys. Several times I called and they gave me pushback and said there wasn't much they could do. They kept me waiting for 6 months only to tell me at the end that the attorney decided to close my case.

They couldn't help me but they sure guided me in the right direction.

My attorney failed to resolve the matter. After making a change in representation, my matter was resolved in 30 days. My attorney seemed unconcerned that my “simple” issue was reset 8 times, taking 9 months to resolve. My attorney was not pro-active in my matters and misadvised me to take a settlement. After many hours of my own leg work, my attorney followed my path and of course charged me for reproducing my work. My unresolved matter cost me 500% more than originally projected. My attorney seemed inept in personal relationships by not fulfilling simple informational requests. I felt as though “client comes last” in my dealings with my attorney and spent more time arguing with him instead of him arguing for my cause. My attorney was Robert.

I called to get information about getting help with a traffic ticket and the representative or whoever answered the phone said they couldn’t help me. But their website says they represent traffic tickets with suspended license. I Just didn’t feel like the lady that answered the phone was trying to help or hear what I was trying to ask. But I called Attorney Justin Holt and they were helpful.

Approached the folks at the Arlington office regarding an issue. The representative was not able to address my concerns right away and said she would call me later that day or the next day. A week later I contacted the representative who then advised me they did not work on my "type" of claim. Disappointed in the total lack of follow through...would not recommend this agency for anything.

The day before my court day I received a phone saying they can't represent me cause of conflict of interest, they failed to do their job before they took my money, the motions they filed were wrong the judge dismissed them all, waste of money, they said they would return my money still waiting and nothing yet, just go somewhere else, paralegal, Carlos Ruiz is a liar and a cheat.

I must say that I was more then satisfied,with the service I received. They are a well organized Law firm,never at any point,was I ever concerned about my case. I had used this office previously and had a good experience with family law. I went thru court proceedings with a lawyer several years back and was happy with the service. I also used various lawyers there for document reviews and other small things with good enough service.

Today I went in for a document review and had the displeasure of dealing with Mr Blankenship. If you want an individual who gives lawyers a bad name, by all means choose this jackass. $300 for him to do nothing. He literally sat there and told me the papers were done incorrectly. When asked what wss wrong with them, told me he wasn't going to give legal advice pro bono. Lol what?!?!

Thanks for wasting 45 minutes of my time. 40 minutes waiting and 5 taking to this moron. If you want someone who is rude, disrespectful, worthless, and not man enough to shake your hand and introduce himself, then go for it. You'd have better luck asking a bum on Cooper St for legal advice and services.

Bailey & Galyen serves a purpose for people who want adequate advice and service for a fair price. Their lawyers are not great by any means or they wouldn't be working for a firm that takes such a high percentage of the money coming in. Lawyer turnover is terrible. I referred a friend to them and she had 3 lawyers in a matter of 3 months. Nonetheless, they've been adequate for the price. Mr. Blankenship has lost them my business and any referrals by his actions.

He did take time to tell me he worked a week a month for 7 years in Austin for the AG covering DFW. So prestigious! Wonder why he's working the 5 o'clock shift in the same exact office as one of the lawyers my friend used 3 years ago. Very impressive!

They don't keep you updated on your case status, so you end up calling them & then they act as if you are bugging them. Review your contract before signing it & ask alot of questions about the percentage they're taking.

Simple process and helpful staff!

I worked a wonderful lawyer Named Michael a few years ago. However, last week I called the Arlington office and asked yo speak to an immigration lawyer. The operator at this location told me they did not handle immigration cases but road Collison cases. I was confused how this woman got hired not knowing what cases the law firm handles. After telling her that I am a client and that Mr. Skyclaski had been my immigration lawyer put me on hold to ask around if indeed they had immigration lawyers.
After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, a female Hispanic lawyer came on the phone. She was polite and i explained that i wanted to print out the documents from a previous case. She explained that the case was closed and it would be hard to retrieve it. I told her that my lawyer worked at the grand prairie law firm and that he said I could access my files anytime I wanted. At that point the female lawyer asked for my email address and insured me she would email me my documents in 24hours or two days. It's been almost a week and nothing in my email nor a phone call to notify me of my documents. Am I being not getting help because I am not opening a new case?

John Robinson is an amazing criminal attorney, and Elizabeth Rodriguez, his paralegal went out of her way to help on numerous occasions. Sometimes bad things happen, and situations occur through no fault of your own, and you need an excellent attorney to help you deal with the legal aspects of your case. John is who I will always recommend to anyone. John and Elizabeth are a great team, the ones you need to call when you need champions in your corner!!

Just completed a second consult with Melissa. I must say that I am so thankful that I did not hire her nor this firm to represent me in court. For all you dad's struggling with divorce, child support, custody, wage garnishments; go somewhere else. This firm and its associates are only interésted in making money. They do not care about you nor your child. Look for other attorneys. I do not drink, nor smoke, no tats, dedícate my time to my daughter, my MBA is in process, am a Veteran, help the homeless, and reach out to high school students to prevent drug use on my own time. I do not see how this practice has a "false rating of 3.8." Raza, no recomiendo a esta organización. Solamente están interesados en joder a uno y su dinero, I que hemos trabajado duro.

What a great team at this office. Melissa did such a wonderful job with my divorce. If it weren't for her deft touch, I would have been crushed by the weight of my own ignorance. Wonderful, professional experience, but because of the terrific staff I never felt intimidated by the process.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I have used them twice. Once for a immigration case for a family member. And for that they never called back, overpromised and under-delivered. The case died and I had to hire a different lawyer even though it was a routine straight forward case.
Then I used them for a divorce case and that was the last straw. I was assigned to a female attorney in Arlington named Genevieve. She seemed Ok when I met her at the office. It was an uncontested divorce. As time went by nothing happened so I started to press the issue. She started to push that she wants me to fight in court and ask for more money, which I was not interested in. I simply wanted out. When I kept pushing she moved the case to a male colleague in the office, who didn't only make me lose money but also gave info to my ex, he shouldn't have. When I told him that I am outraged at him sharing the info, he said he got the case that morning, and was only trying to do his best. Genevieve didn't even bother clue him in. I bite the bullet and lose money to my ex instead of just getting out of the marriage without any gains. The day in court was a disaster. Genevieve showed up looking so unprofessional: cheap hair extensions, fake lashes like butterflies, fake long nails and a spandex tight dress paired with platforms. I was embarrassed to even stand close to her or say she is my lawyer. B&G charged me more than 12K, and I lost money. The divorce decree was supposed to said that I pay money to my ex, which I ended up doing. And to add insult to injury B&G sent me a bill for storage fees of the file, something they never declare in the beginning.
In a nutshell they know how to legally get your money out of you and make you lose cases. And if you don't like it, then you can fly a kite!

I am very happy and grateful for the service I received from this Law Firm in particular Kim Wyatt. I had a Worker's Comp Claim which lasted almost 2 years. Now let me explain, in 2010 Worker's Comp Laws changed concerning Worker's Comp Claims in the State of Texas to the point where the Worker has to fight for every injury claim, treatment for the Injury up to and including surgery. The Insurance Companies were NOW allowed to DENY or Dispute EVERYTHING thanks to the Lobbyists for the Insurance Companies. The ONLY people who can understand these changes are Attorneys who work day in and day out to do so. Not only that they deal with all of the Financial and Emotional rollercoaster that they see and hear about from their Clients.
Kim Wyatt navigated this mine field with Grace Compassion and Understanding and she put up with a lot from me. I became Angry, Depressed, Confused, and in general at time's a pain in the a**. When other Attorneys would have told me to paddle my boat on my own, Kim stuck with me through it all and represented me with Strength, Wisdom, Understanding and Compassion and in some instances she was Stern with me to calm me down in order to explain what was going on with my case.

If you have a problem with them like I did on not returning phone calls, file a grievance with the state bar for "abandoning a client".

They are awful, do not use this company/firm. Nothing gets done and they still bill for a completed case when it was not.

They fired the attorneys working the case TWICE and the case sat on the desk for 2 months and didn't even notify my friend. What should have taken 2 or 3 months is approaching 1.5 years. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! They are awful and poorly run

My wife has had a case with them for about half a year and the main lawyer has not even had the time to see her. Zero results til this day.

We will never recommend this immigration firm. In fact, i plan on taking my complaint higher then just Google. This is just a warning for anyone looking to hire these people.It is sad Because we were getting great service, WITH the previous lawyer and her assistant were there. Never were we advised the lawyer we had was leaving, nor were we advised of information on the new lawyer. I had to call just to find out myself they had a different lawyer. Ive made a numerous amount of calls to them in regards to my step daughter case. Never received phone calls back. EVER. Finally, someone at the firm in Arlington gave us the lawyer email address. I emailed him with my concerns. I received a reply back, basically calling me a liar. Stated alot if their clients say they call when in fact they do not. When i sent him plenty of screenshots of my calls to them, is when finally his assistant reached out. Want to talk about rude? She was so unprofessional, treated me like i was no one. Advised me that the price we were given previously had changed. I advised her we are moving forward, but i will be seeking other lawyers. Never advised her to terminate my service. Hour later get an email from the lawyer, assistant Janeth told him we want to terminate service. He was glad to do so. This is so unprofessional and unethical, goes to show they are more of get your money people, then truly caring about your case people. Im done with them i will be submitting a complaint with the bar Association. This is not ok to treat people like they are less then what you are.

Don't use this firm! They will rip you off!! They do not keep you updated on the status of your case and will charge you $35 every time you call or email them. They have office managers and attorneys handling your matter and then in midstream someone new will take over without a word from them. Do yourself a favor and go find yourself a real law firm. Horrible service! They represented me concerning a work injury. When my first court appearance was approaching I called and asked to speak with the attorney representing my case. I did not want to meet on the steps 10 minutes before and be rushed. I wanted to know what to expect and how to prepare. After several calls kindly requesting to speak with my attorney I had to call them and raise hell just to speak with someone. Finally Kim Wyatt calls me and acts like I am bothering her because I want information on my case. Kim Wyatt informs me that I need not worry that only physicians input will be taking place. That I do not need to worry about anything. When I get there for the hearing the insurance company did not dispute my injuries and then proceeded to question me on days worked, days off for injury, etc., that I was completely unprepared for! So much for only doctors input would be necessary.
Mildred Ashley who was assigned to my case was just as bad about communication. Apparently the only way to get a call returned is to call the office and raise hell. They never followed up with me after my case was settled. Understand this they are only going to represent you to the point of getting money. If you have any issues with medications or services being denied they will not represent you in these areas.
Also Jenelle Petty informed me when I called to confirm my appointment in Fort Worth the day before that everything was a go. First thing in the morning I drove over an hour one way in a major thunderstorm arriving at my appointment only to be informed it had been rescheduled?!
Very disorganized and unprofessional concerning workers comp cases. They act like you are bothering them for wanting to know what is going on with your case. I guess they feel that because you are involved in a workers comp case and are not personally paying out of pocket you get less than professional treatment. You will be just another one of their workers comp mill clients. My case settled last year and I still haven’t received a call, email or letter informing me of the outcome and my options very unprofessional . Don’t walk, run from this firm as fast as you can!!!
