I recently joined the elite group who make up the 75% (or whatever the statistic is now) of the married population who are now divorced. However, there is another more impressive and rare group that I joined as well; the 1 in 100 men (average estimate) who sustain 50/50 custody of their child/children and who also pay zero child support in the state of Texas. What?!? I didn't think it was possible either. But, Len Conner surely showed me the way to that realization. It was a very stressful time deciding to go through with my divorce due to the interest of my 4 year old daughter at the time. However, having met Len and interacting with him and his stellar support staff, I truly regret waiting as long as I did. If I had known of Len a few years ago, I would have certainly acted sooner. His knowledge is unbelievable. From our initial consultation meeting to our mediation hearing to the day I stood in front of the judge and watched him make everything final and declare me single, Len called the shots like a seasoned pro. Everything he said would probably happen happened. Every rebuttal from the other side he said we would probably hear, we heard. It was like he writing a book about my divorce and the rough draft had already been completed and we were just coasting through the editing phase. It was truly incredible to witness and be a part of it all. If you are in the unfortunate situation of facing divorce, please do yourself and the interests of your family a HUGE favor and contact Len Conner immediately!!!

Do you want an attorney who doesn't show up to court on time? Do you want an attorney who forgets her client's files at the office? Do you want an attorney who is ill prepared for meetings with clients and leaves part of your file at home? Do you want an attorney who doesn't represent you well in court? Do you want to work with a paralegal who doesn't respond to emails and phone calls in a reasonable amount of time? Do you want to work with a paralegal who falsifies billing items? Do you want to feel like you are working for the attorney, instead of the attorney working for you? Do you want to feel like the attorney you're paying is working for and with opposing counsel? Do you want to pay $200-$400 an hour, only to get ZERO results? Do you want to be talked to like a child by an 'office manager' who can't MANAGE to get their billing straight? If you answered 'yes' to these questions, hire Deborah Coleman, who works for Len Conner and Associates! She is completely bogus, unprofessional, and comes to court dressed like she rolled out of bed 30 minutes prior. She uses her incompetent paralegal as a buffer so that she can NOT answer your questions. The paralegal will tell you she sent an email over a month ago, with no follow up, only to retract and apologize...stating that the email was never sent. WHO DOES THAT? These people are supposed to be professionals? NOT EVEN CLOSE. There are SO many other attorneys out there. Do yourself a favor and bypass this law firm.

The only time you are guaranteed to hear from these guys is when they are calling and asking you to pay more than you agreed to pay them monthly. You will have to hound them for answers to your legal questions and you will have to let THEM know about approaching court dates! You read that correctly...you will have to make them aware of court dates in your case because they don't pay attention. Aren't they supposed to tell clients about court dates?!?!?!?

Should have known that they were a bunch of clowns when they accidently double booked themselves for our consultation. I foolishly gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now I feel like it's my duty to WARN ALL OTHERS! Don't waste your time, money, or sanity on this circus. Spent thousands only to have to hire an attorney who cares and reviews my case and discusses it with me personally.

Go to a law firm where they care about people, and not the almighty dollar.

In addition, sincerely concerned and caring toward their clients. They were patient with me in walking me through the process of divorce, and continually informed me of all of my options and the worst case/best case and likely outcome; allowing me to make wise decisions. Because of their expertise, compassion and honesty I was able to go through what could have been a very nasty experience, virtually unscathed.
