Mr. Greene is a great attorney. He has spent almost 40 years in the business and he has a very good approach to helping his clients get the best outcome possible. I recently experienced a situation with city officials that was going to cost me over 100k in losses. I had been rebuilding a burned out house and ran out of money. I was able to raise the money to finish the house but the city had already stepped in and voted to make me bulldoze the house. I would have lost all the money I had used to buy and halfway rebuild the house. I talked to 2 other attorneys before finding Mr. Greene's office. They wanted to sue the city and fight it out in court, which would have cost me 10 to 15k minimum and I would not have had a good chance of winning with the judge. When I sat down with Mr. Greene, he gave me a few different scenarios as to how this situation could go. Then he told me which one would give me the best chance of a successful ending with the least amount of cost. His approach was perfect. Instead of filing suit and arguing a bunch of different angles as to why the city was in the wrong and didn't follow procedures, he simply called and started a cordial conversation with the city and along with the city's attorney was able to talk the board into a rehearing. Mr. Greene then put together a very professional presentation and presented it at the hearing. The board unanimously agreed to let me finish the house. Mr. Greene has since followed up with me throughout the project to make sure things are going good and that we will be successful with it. He and his group really care about their clients. I will be selling that house in the next few weeks, making all my money back including Mr. Greene's fees. Thank you to Mr. Greene and his hard working group.
