I'm sorry that you have employees that lie to you, but the fact of the matter is I DID want to hire your firm. I ATTEMPTED to. It's why I drove over an hour round trip to your firm instead of the many MANY closer firms in Dallas. Unfortunately, I was refused assistance by Chad and told that I could handle it myself. You should really get your facts straight before you attempt to slander my character. Considering after I posted this review you guys had not one, but THREE fake 5 star reviews added in the same day should tell everyone what they need to know about the ethics of this firm. Two of the "reviews" were from people with the last name of "Lampe" the same as your employee. Things that make you go hmmmm.....but it's ok because they're gone now after being reported as fraudulent reviews. You seem very upset because I didn't reply to your phone call and I wouldn't change my review though I haven't said anything false like you have in your response. I never claimed I was represented by your firm so there was nothing to change in my review. Until now. By the way, your "threats" to post private email messages reeeeeaaaalllly doesn't look good on your part as a "professional" and shows everyone reading it that you have no maturity or integrity.

Chad was polite and very informative. Unfortunately, I was told later that everything he told me was wrong. I emailed for clarification for an appeal and he was a bit rude, I was then given half an answer and ignored. Never to be responded to again. It went from a helpful to very unpleasant and unnecessarily costly experience.

We reached out to Norred Law to assist in forming a business entity. Among the firms we emailed, Norred was the first to respond (and far more quickly than I expected). Warren set us up with Chad, and the initial consult was extremely helpful.

Chad walked us through the requirements for forming the entity and was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. Fees (in my limited experience) were reasonable and billing was straightforward. Angela was extremely helpful with scheduling and billing concerns.

I would highly recommend the A+ team at Norred Law. You guys are awesome. Thanks for the free mineral water at office visits also!

I was promised more than the results I got, & in the end, he turned out like every other lawyer out there, to just "settle" for low, unreasonable numbers. He considers himself a senior lawyer, therefore, charges a crap ton for his work. I actually lost money using him. I was very unhappy w the outcome, & deserve to have Freedom of Speech to let ppl know. I wasn't in the wrong at all on my case, yet the opposing side won & got more than me. I could've got same results myself. Make sure u have deep pockets if u hire this guy & do ur research! Attorneys are needed to defend frivolousness and liable claims.

We normally handle our Justice court issues but because of many bleeding heart judges, we experienced unethical rulings, for example, 1 judge ruled against my company because he felt that the plaintiff was not as financially stable as me, even tho my company did everything to the letter of the law and the plaintiff admitted under oath that he was wrong, but he argued he could not afford to pay if he lost.

The judge jumped all over him and at the end we were shocked that he said he was making the ruling based on "I had money and the plaintiff did not". We lost and had to appeal to a higher court in which we won using Chad, with Norred Law.

Warren's family and staff has become friends to my family and I refer other business people to him occasionally. I do that because I know he and his staff will be representativly professional for my extended business friends. Which in return exposes my integrity on who I choose to associate with.

People can be sour and that is obvious by the 1 star comments.

My largest case Warren Norred handled for me awarded me a judgement over $160,000. To this day we have not collected a red cent.
