First I would like to thank Paul for winning my DWI case. So far I believe this is the best attorney anyone can ask for. I was arrested in March 2016. The cop said I failed the field sobriety test, arrested me and after blood test the BAC was 0.198. For the past two years, I have been working with Paul, treated me more than a client but like family. His fees are reasonable and he puts his clients first before anything. After watching the videos during my arrest, Paul advised me to go for trial instead of pleading guilty because I did well on my sobriety test. The trial took two days, the jury came out with a not guilty verdict, which the jury agreed on a 100% vote. I dint have to testify myself. Paul Previte is a great attorney and worth ever penny. A little background story I had an accident on 2/2/14 and charged with DWI, had a warrant out and arrested on Sept. 2016. My first attorney completely failed me. After my arrest I began to seek new representation. I first showed to his office after I googled best attorney for DWI and Paul appeared. He had good reviews, so I immediately made contact and he was able to meet me on a weekend when it was not even office hours. When I spoke with him he was straight with me and told me my DWI case would more then likely not be dismissed, I was a bit dissapointed, but completely trusted he would reduce my punishment as much as possible. Everytime I had questions I would text him and got answers the same day in a timely manner. Paul was able to reduce my charge to obstruction of highway a class B misdemeanor. I was surprised, and happy with the result. However later that day Paul contacted me with even better news and told me if I installed interlock ASAP for 6 months and had no violations during the entire time that my case would get dismissed. Well let me tell you today I went to court on 11/9/16 and my case was dismissed. As one satisfied client I turned to Paul once again to help me get my record expunged. This guy is a "Beast" in the court room, got my charges reduced and simple probation. By keeping my head out of my rear while on probation and playing by the rules he was able to get me early release from probation by 50% of the time.

I was frantic, attempting to obtain legal assistance for a family member that required advice/services very early on a Saturday morning. Living in the Northeast, I had no idea who to contact in the Fort Worth area. I spent several few hours doing internet research and, based on areas of expertise, qualifications, and posted reviews, created a short list and began making calls and leaving messages.
