I’m here to give my review. Feb. 2018 I was in a car accident and was told to give this law firm a chance. I went ahead and did that and they received my first hospital bill being $1,016.00 I believe and I was told not to worry about it and they would have it covered. After physical therapy for many months, neurologist appointments and joint appointments (X-rays) everything seemed fine. The case was being closed out after a year of being open. I received a disbursement email and at the time was unaware that my first hospital bill wasn’t included. Everything was paid out and a couple months passed where I received a call from collections stating my hospital bill was sent to them. I reached out to Montgomery Law and they stated that the bill was missed and that they dropped the ball. However since everything was paid out there’s nothing they could do. All they did was apologize instead of making things right. When I know they can reopen cases to help their clients per their discretion. This was not the action taken and I now still have a bill w collections that should’ve been covered w them. How can you admit fault but then take no accountability for it. I was failed by this law firm and just want anyone considering them to be careful before you’re stuck w bills they say will be covered.

This is a false statement that this law firm claims to stand by. This was my first accident. I called Montgomery Law because I was referred to them. I was not sure of what the process was and made that clear the client intake assigned to my case. The client intake (Elonai A) didn't explain to me what was happening to my case, didn't have the answers to my question when I CALLED HER (because I had to blow her phone up for weeks), and didn't contact me back after leaving multiple messages. At the end of it all she told me that they couldn't fight my case anymore. How does a company that claim that they "take pride in getting clients the compensation they truly deserves" quit when cases require work. Unless you want to waste your time, I would suggest NOT calling Montgomery Law. You're better off calling The Car Wreck Cowboy, Jim Adler, or any other lawyer in this area.

This is the third accident I have used Montgomery Law Firm for. They have done an excellent job on all three. The first two cases settled without having to go to court but his most recent one had to go to Court. It was a longer process than the first two but still ended up in a great position. Sadat Montgomery and his Law Firm did an excellent job handling our case. A guy made a u-turn in front of us and tried to blame us. We were not getting anywhere but the firm pulled the cameras from the intersection and proved we were not at fault. We went from getting nothing and not having our car fixed and getting a settlement for the injuries too. I would say anyone who needs a personal injury lawyer, I would give them a try.

First and foremost I would like to say that the case Manager named Sara Roberts at this law office is Great!!! This young lady had provided excellent customer service and has kept me informed of my case every other day. I have dealt with other offices where there is no communication and she is wonderful. This young lady went to extents to make sure I was assisted with funding after I explained my financial situation. If I could give 0 stars I would! They are the worst when it comes to communication. I have been calling and sending emails, but no response. Everytime I call Lindsey (my case manager), she is never in the office and I leave a message and she N E V E R respond. Please don’t waste your time like I have. Worst experience ever. I don’t know where they are with my case or if they still have it. HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL RESPOND NOW.

UPDATE: Yes Mr. Sadat called me and “said” he will handle my case personally, but after that conversation which maybe was a month or maybe even longer ago I haven’t heard ANYTHING. I texted him like 2 days ago, no response, I just called, of course, he sent me to voicemail immediately, so I called the office and the lady told me I have a new case worker name Abbey and she will leave a message for her because she was dealing with a new client. I’ve never had this type of thing happen to me. This car accident was the worst and on top of things this law firm gives no help. I call no answer no return call to voicemails. I actually had to call and act like I was in another accident to get through to anybody. Been dealing with them for 7+ months and when I say dealing that’s a not a term of endearment!! They are so lousy when it comes to updating you on your case. They made decisions without consulting my husband or I. I would definitely recommend pursuing a different law firm. It’s completely unprofessional how they lie about your case and withhold details that you are entitled too. I think they are trying there best but it’s just not good enough. True Warrior! Mr. Montgomery and his law firm fought my case to the very end and Justice prevailed. Straight denial from Allstate due to a negative police report that was not in our favor. Mr. Montgomery believed in us and the truth and personally tried the case in front of a Dallas jury and we won on liability and damages. I can’t say enough about his performance in the Courtroom.
