I highly recommend Brandy Austin law firm. I’m going through a custody case that’s very sensitive. Emily and Brandy have been there every step of the way. No matter how many times I call or send messages, it’s always a quick response unlike other law firms. They truly care for their clients and listen to what you have to say. When it comes to appointments, they do anything they can to meet you at the time you’re available. Stay away, I wish I did some more research, I hired then on a whim after getting divorce papers, if I had seen some of the other reviews first I never would have hired them. Didn't even speak with my attorney until mediation which cost 1000 for her to sit and do nothing. Could not get any answers from them unless the bill was due. I dropped them eventually and they did not want to turn over my paperwork.

I would like to share how grateful I am to attorney Jennefer Lowe from Brandy Austin Law Firm. I came to DFW area from out of state to a difficult family situation. I contacted this firm by referral from another local attorney.

From the first phone call Ms. Lowe listened attentively and immediately grasped the gravity of the situation. She worked tirelessly on this urgent matter. Several nights messaging with me until 9pm to make sure she had everything correct and could act swiftly. This expeditiousness did not come at the expense of the quality of her work, she diligently ensured that every item was correct, and ultimately succeeded in helping us resolve the matter. This included filings, an ex parte motion, and almost a full day of emergency hearings.

The matter was resolved exactly two weeks from our first phone call. Throughout the process she was available (nights, weekends, etc.) thoughtful, supportive, and demonstrated a genuine compassion for our family. I really can not thank her enough for her valiant efforts. If you want a true warrior who still maintains her humanity Jennefer Lowe should be your attorney of choice.

My husband and I had put off hiring an attorney to help us create our Wills, Advance Directives, Power of Attorney etc. Neither of us had experience with this other than dealing with our Parents Estate Resolution and unfortunately there were some issues with those. We reviewed Lawyers on the internet (preferably ones close to our home) and found Brandy Austin's name, credentials, experience and reviews. Her resume caught our attention and we made an appointment to meet with her and her staff.
From the minute we walked in the door until we left her office as well as our follow up communication with Brandy and her staff we could not be more pleased with the attention we received. On arrival we were greeted warmly and taken immediately to a private room by Hunter, the office administrator, and there we meet Heather, the Paralegal. Heather inquired about our questions, concerns and preferences. She had knowledge and showed attention to detail in honoring our wishes and addressing our issues in a caring empathetic way. Heather consulted with Brandy as to what we wanted to accomplish. We were then introduced to Brandy who assured us that she and her staff would take good care of us. Heather and the other staff members have worked hard to create an Estate Plan that we are most pleased with and something that we feel we can positively pass on to our children.

Very good experience. A very hospitable, helpful set of professionals. It was pleasure working with them.

Our visit with Melissa was free 30 min consultation. Upon our visit we were kindly greeted. Waiting area was clean and cozy. Melissa introduced herself and lead us to her office. We began to explain our reason for our visit. Mean while constantly keeping an eye on the time. Being the fact this visit was very important. I was trying to maximize our time. Not sure if that was very noticeable or not but Melissa was very diligent in gathering all the information needed in order to determine if we had a case that she would be successful in. Before I knew it an hour had passed an our case was accepted. Definitely recommend setting an appointment and seeing were it goes....

Brandy has fought hard for me and my son. She cares about her clients and always gets back to me promptly when I reach out to her with a question or concern. Her staff is very helpful as well. I highly recommend her and her firm. Thank you Brandy!

Heather was wonderful! She was very patient with our multiple questions. She explained the Trust and what needed to be done. She's very friendly and extremely helpful with her legalize. It made our visit very pleasant for all of us.

Sad!, My daughter and I came in the office for a consultation and were very Perplexed on how things were disorganized. Not to sure who was yelling in the closed conference room, Get it together!, OMG if they are getting a divorce why would you put them in a closed Conference room together.

She made me feel like I was very important to her and gave me every reassurance that I was in good, capable hands. I was hit from behind at high speed. This firm enabled me to get immediate and long term medical care while my settlement was in the works. They expeditiously received my medical Bill's, my paralegal Bryant was professional and courteous and they fought hard to get me the best settlement possible!

They take care about everything giving peace of mind when you most needed. Great team and attention!

They demand payment but don’t render the services that they are requesting payment on. They get you thru court and drop the ball with out ensuring that you have received everything that was promised in person or contract. The only thing that you can be sure that they are punctual about is their PAYMENTS! Beware we still have yet to receive birth certificate for our adoption. Keep in mind we adopted LAST YEAR! They never mailed it! Then the call asking us to pay for an expedited birth certificate! But we pay it because it interest us as parents. Well here we are almost June 2019 and we have yet to receive it. My son will be graduating this June and his transcripts will not reflect his new name- this is very heart breaking. Please be sure to do your homework on the attorney you want to assist You because not all of them have your best interests in mind.

I went by Brandy's office first as a Chamber or Commerce event. I liked the people and the place so much I came back to have them handle a couple of legal issues! From the start the staff was friendly and warm and I got in to my consultation a few minutes early. The legal process takes a little longer than I had anticipated but I was kept abreast of the happenings in my cases. In the end we got a favorable result and I felt I had great representation. Legal experiences are never fun but they made the process as painless as possible!

Was on the fence about hiring an attorney. I’m glad I did - insurance company was lowballing me and had me convinced I could get no more. I picked Brandy because of her reviews - they aren’t lying. I was hands off on this since the day I signed up. They’d call and let me know how things were going but otherwise they needed nothing else from me. In the end I got almost triple what I was originally offered by insurance, all of my bills were paid and I left with a good chunk of cash in my pocket. These are good folks working for good people.

What firm runs up $50.000 in bills with $30.000 in insurance

What can I say about these people? I was in a bad situation and felt stuck. Erika, Dietrich and Claudia were there to reassure and guide me through the process. On the other side I can finally breathe a sigh of relief. I can’t thank all of them enough - from the moment I came in the door to when we reached a resolution I felt like an actual person and not a number.
