Michelle Poblenz is a very professional and very determined attorney. If I could give her more stars I would. She went to bat for me on several traffic tickets that had gone into warrants and got most of them dismissed. The rest were reduced to very low payments without any effects of them ever appearing on my driving record. She saved me thousands of dollars and had everything cleared. I am truly blessed to have found such an amazing attorney. Thanks so much Michelle for all your help, I will definitely call you in the future for any other attorney needs I might encounter!

Miss Poblenz has fought for me vigorously and relentlessly. She paid attention to every minute detail of the case and was able to dismiss a protective order. She spent significant amount of time with me to properly prepare me for the case. She is blatantly honest and says it like it is. I will definitely hire her again.

Doesn't value her clients time. Gave me an excuse 1st assistant said she was in a conference call. I SAID i was leaving the she cones running out saying she it was a client emergency.

She puts her clients above money and she makes herself very accessible to her clients.The office has a very professional atmosphere and they fight for your success as there client. worst of worst. This so call lawyer has only interest in money she request for her poor service she performed. she let my son sentence for 10 years doing nothing for his defense, she has NO EXPERIENCE at all in criminal cases. We had to hire other lawyer for his appeal and defense. at least this lawyer had visited my son in jail ; that is one thing she never did in 9 months he is in jail. 7000 gone with the wi....this lawyer , if I may rate her and system let me, I will give her minus 5 stars.

Words can not express how much I appreciate Michelle protecting my Daughter and I over the past year. She fought hard and worked diligent to make sure that we were over prepared for court and always got the result we were praying for. This place wasnt for me. I cant speak for everybody so thats why im putting 2 stars. I needed an occupational license for my job someone gave the cops my name and got tickets under my name. Anyways i let them know my situation and i needed it done quick. I told them if they couldnt do it soon to just let me know because my job depended on this they wanted me to get it asap. They needed the audit number on my DL to get a driving record. I let them know that they could use the audit number on my ID. I did it on the texas website and it worked. The lady at front desk said it wouldnt work and she wouldnt listen to me. A week later with no call back i called and they were still stuck on the audit number situation. They finally got it figured out. I called a few days later for an update and the front desk lady made a slick comment to me over the phone. I asked for my money back because almost 2 weeks and the paperwork wasnt even done or printing my driving record. I got a 2nd opinion from another lawyer she was very honest told me she didnt want to take my money unless i wanted her to work my case because she told me to go to the JP and how to do it. Saved me $700. And btw i printed my driving record using the audit number off my ID. I suggest poblenz law be more transparent with clients in the future. Im not bashing them or talking down on their company but my experience wasnt that great.

Horrible, and unprofessional.
Every single time I am waiting at court she is the last to show up, and never has her paper work done.
I wouldn't recommend spending any of your money with Michelle.

She is the worst attorney in dallas ..she just takes your money and doesn´t help you. She is also unprofessional because she gets late to the court hearings. I would not reccomend her.
