The receptionist is VERY RUDE! When asked a question she’d answer with attitude and couldn’t even give me a clear answer to my questions. Don’t understand why have someone at the front desk if they can’t have the patience to answer questions! This office needs to get it together.

This place is all out of control. There is no privacy whatsoever. Everyone sitting in the waiting room hears everyone else's case. It is uncomfortable speaking to the person in the front desk and having him or her asking me questions about my case and everyone else hearing what is going on with what I call my It would be better if they change the way they handle each person's case. I don't know what to say about this place. Sometimes they are nice, most times you would think they are judges themselves. But, every case is different.

Typical government office. They're just debt collectors. Don't expect them to solve your problems. You would need a lawyer and numerous court appearances for that.

The lady that is in the front is so rude. I asked her a simple question and she wants me to fill out papers and wait just for her to tell me something simple. This place is ridiculous.
