They enforce but are so slow to make changes. Make significantly less and they take 6 months to modify the monthly payment. I've heard the ladies in the office bragging to each other about how much they have kept from people each month...

They have always communicated with me in my case and its status. They put in long hours and they have hundreds of cases. Even with th he over load they have always ax answered my quedtions. And worked my case in a timely manner. Very much appreciated! Thank you!!

Absolutely horrible!! They should all be ashamed with how they "dont" do their jobs. In my experience they don't keep track of the child support funds coming in!! With noaction to correct their mistake, even after sending them proof (government documents) to them, they wouldn't correct the mistake. Lots of $ taken from us that we did NOT even owe. Only when hiring a Lawyer and court dates did they correct the mistake

I don't know why this place has an office? Once you get there they tell you to go online.
If your the non-custodial parent they won't even give you any information on whereabouts of your child. They don't even help with visitation of the child.

The phone loops and never gives you the option to speak with someone and when I managed to get through to someone she was pretty rude and treating me like I should know how her job works. Sending me irrelevant letters from last year that don’t matter since the case was already closed long ago.

This place is a joke, Aguiler who is a sovereign citizen, would not give his full name nor give his badge number. He refused me to talk with a supervisor cause he wanted to know my reasons and hung up on me.This is the type of person who does not need a badge and should be removed immediately. Cause they believe they are above the law. I will be going forward to the State Attorney General and perusing this matter until he is properly reprimanded or retrained. Just cause i am a male ( custodial parent) gives him no right to make it this difficult to find out case information. I keep ample records of my case (callls, paperwork) so lets see how this gets handled.

Answer the phone, for starters. It takes way too long and is too difficult to speak with a human there, while the OAG pretends to care about humans.

Not mine but my daughter had to do all the searching for them and everytime she called they would ask how do u find all this out, well my daughter i smart and does not just sit behind her desk doing nothing like all this Texas Attorney employees. Sorry but it is what it is.

I have tried calling with no luck, it goes through the menu and cuts me off. I have left voice mail messages and no one ever returns my calls so I will do what I had to do last time.....write a letter to the local office manager, but THIS TIME, I am also sending a copy to Austin State Attorney's office......

The phone number to call is always busy you go down there and the people are always busy like wth.

I just called and they said to call between regular business hours 8am to whatever time and I called at 8:15 am???? This needs to be fixed, if you don't like your job you need to change it and do something you like and not be respectful to the people that are just trying to get some answers about their case.

Phone calls are NEVER returned. Nor are the phones ever answered. The staff has no idea what they are doing and readily admit this. In addition they readily admit when they forget or mishandle the your paperwork. Ted Cruz promised to get "deadbeat" dads to pay up and has in no way deliver on that promise. When you call Austin for help you are stonewalled, treated rudely or just plain hung up on. I am glad Gregg Abbott is governor, he deserves it, but The Attorney Gereals office has fallen into disarray.

negative 5 stars would be my rating for this poorly run government office - I have had several dealings with both the local office and the San Antonio office. Staff is rude and has an entitled attitude. As an employer there really is no reason to be rude to us....we are doing you a mandated favor...why would you, or better yet, how could you be rude and still have a job?

When ever I go by to change information the office is always closed. I go in around 1:30 - 2 and the doors will be locked. Its way after time for the people to be back from lunch or whatever it is they do. If your not there at specific times update your info or leave a notice when you will be back.

I feel they should not have a star rating they are very crooked they steal money Bexar County court house said they have no Record on file for me but the crooked State of Texas Attorney General office stoled my tax check and refuses to refund it saying I owe child support and I dont they refusing to clear this issue up I am going to the News Media in the State that I live and I am going to let everyone know how Crooked the state of texas is and they want me to pay $5 to get a certificte of no record found at Bexar County Court house for me So The state of Texas will be getting a Law Suite and have to Pay me more then what they Stoled from me they Stoled $1,892.00 from me by the time I get done going to The News Media and etc the IRS and Attorney General and state of texas And CPS All will be sued and they will end up paying me more then what they stoled from me.
