Spoke to Nicole on phone, then set up a interview. Nicole was very nice on the phone, and during the interview was a complete delight to interview with.

Illegal mail harassment at the threat of arrest, for supposed crimes. I looked up the docket number they sent and it’s NOT EVEN MY NAME, they are attempting to extort people to pay them by threatening arrest if I don’t pay the law firm for someone else’s legal issues.

Threats and mail harassment continue years after case resolved, still threatning letters and no legal reason ,this place should be fully investigated ,and the DIRTY counties that
continue to doing busines with them also need to be investigated thoroughly

Just wanted to help clarify what so many people clearly complain about. No this law firm doesn’t extort or threaten people for arrest. I got a letter in the mail stating that I didn’t pay for some tickets out in some small city near Houston, and at first I thought it was a scam since word on the news is that that’s what scammers are now doing. I asked who they work for and if they work for the court that I got the ticket from and they said they help collect for courts all around TX.
They never threatened me or told me I was going to get arrested for not paying right then in there. They told me that they only call and send letters to simply help remind people to pay them off, or we run the risk of having a warrant out for our arrest.
Which is TRUE, I asked if they could take my payment since I didn’t want to go to jail for a simple trafficking ticket, and I didn’t want to risk getting arrested if I went up to the court. So they processed it, and sent me an email AND A TEXT with my receipt. The woman who helped me out was SO SO SOOOO sweet, and patient with me since I was a little skeptical about giving out my information to a random number. However they’re legit.

I called them to check on my application and the woman that I talked to names Nicole was so rude and she practically was calling me a liar about my application. I don’t see how they are still in business with the kind of employees that they have. I even called back and told the receptionist how rude Nicole was and how rude she was!

Anytime I call this law firm, the lady on the phone is rude!!!! I called today to let them know that I can't come to the interview for the part time job and the person that answered the phone was rude as always. I was just doing the courteous gesture by letting them know I wasn't coming so that they don't wait forever for me to show up at the interview.
I'm so glad I accepted the other job!!! I don't look forward to working for them!!!! The person that answers that phone needs to learn how to talk to people nicely!!!
