What can I say about Anderson Law Firm. I didn’t select them just because my maiden name is Anderson but at the time of my accident with an Allstate insured, a company I previously worked for and thought so highly of went sour. I wasn’t doing well physically and they were not aiding in the process of me getting better. I could tell that this was going to be an uphill battle. My brother was a client of theirs and he spoke so highly of them. He was so pleased and even shared with the family they did better for me than we both originally, thought. We signed with Anderson Law/Mr. Rieker Carsey in August 2018 after our son received 2nd degree burns from his daycare. Mr. Carsey was more than attentive in our first meeting together. He shared stories of his personal experiences and frustration with situations like ours. He made promises of aggressive action and told us that regardless of the evidence, the daycare should be found negligent simply due to the severity of the injuries. We signed the agreement in hopes that he would help serve justice to this daycare. As soon as we signed, his communication started to dwindle, I sent multiple emails with no response, phone calls that were not returned. After finally agreeing to a phone conversation he was over 15 minutes late to call me and said "well, we never decided on who would call who". We also discussed the lack of communication and agreed on a reasonable response time which he failed to adhere to. Finally, while we were waiting to hear from the daycare's insurance adjuster on whether they would approve/deny the claim - Mr. Carsey told us that regardless of their decision we will still have options and will discuss them after they make their decision. Several weeks later (and 2 emails trying to follow up), we get an email from his assistant stating that the insurance adjuster denied the claim and that they were dropping our case. Not even a phone call from Mr. Carsey explaining the situation or even to thank us for selecting their law firm. We were extremely angry at the lack of communication, the poor client relationship, and the misguided information we were given.

Had a wreck and my vehicle was totaled. I didn’t think at first I needed an attorney but I was wrong. Called the Anderson Law Firm and the associates were very friendly. They made the process a bit easier and I was grateful for that.

I was in a car accident while riding in a Lyft and had several thousand dollars worth or hospital bills in June 2017. I saw the great reviews of this law firm and decided to go with them and I am happy I did! In February 2018 my law suit was completed with all of my bills paid and a pretty hefty amount to pocket. I really enjoyed working with this law firm and would recommend them! The only critique I have is I wish the communication was better. I would have to email for updates frequently to see what else they needed from me or what the status of my suit was. But other than that, I only have great things to say!

I have never required the help of a lawyer in any situation I've been through in life. To be honest I had always been apprehensive of doing so due to horror stories about being taken advantage of or even flat out neglected. I give one star only because of the associates! They were great!!!!! They helped so much and were very kind throughout the entire process! NOW for Mr Mark Anderson, as the case was coming to an end and we were approaching settlement, I spoke with him! I let him know that I wasn't satisfied with the offer because of everything that I had lost because of the wreck! He kind of laughed and said no that's a good amount. I said well yes probably to a normal person but I lost a lot because of this wreck. He laughed again and said "ooo you didn't lose that much!" Not even knowing my background. Unaware that I had just moved to the city of Fort worth a couple months prior. Had no family there! Coming for a new start! I had just given birth and took my Babygirl to a new place! Spent my savings to prepare! I just got hired on at a Montessori teaching children 3 weeks prior to the wreck, found an apartment and a new babysitter! Everything was great right? WRONG!! The wreck happened! I couldn't get to work some days! Because I didn't know anyone! So they let me go. Since I didn't have a job I couldn't pay my rent! So now with no car, no job and no apartment me and my Babygirl were forced to go back to our hometown where we had just escaped from. So no sir we "didn't lose that much!" We lost EVERYTHING!! And you were VERY inconsiderate! I hope and pray you don't treat any of your other clients this way Mr Anderson. Horrible customer service. I hope you take your future clients more seriously!!

I want to thank Mark and his staff for helping me through the process. They definitely were on my side and helped me to be able to take care of all the bills that came up associated with my accident. The only thing they can improve on, is client correspondence. It was a little difficult to get in contact with someone about the status of my case sometimes, other than that they did a great job and I did not have to worry about anything.

I was referred to Anderson by one of my doctor's. I was impressed with the staff and my lawyer (Riker Carsey). They are very polite and respectful. They took the time and explained all my options. I knew they were the law firm for me. They we're amazing beginning to end. They kept me updated regularly and helped with doctor's.They settled the case without a trial. I was very pleased with the results. I will be recommending Anderson Law to anyone in need. Nevertheless I will be client for life.

I was involved in a motorcycle accident in June of 2015. The other driver was at fault. His insurance company agreed to pay 100% of the expenses. Twelve months and three surgeries later, the other drivers insurance company had still not paid. My credit was being ruined as medical bills mounted and some of them were sent to collections. The insurance company continued to delay payment of any kind. At the end of my rope I started interviewing attorneys. I found a home with Anderson Law Firm. My wife and I went and met with Mark Anderson and his Legal Assistant Gabby. They sat and talked with us for two hours. Answered every question we had and shared with us what they could do for us. They gave us clear concise instructions on how we could best help them be successful for us. We chose Anderson Law Firm because they have over twenty-five years of tested expertise in accident litigation, they appreciated our business and when they were with us, we were the only case they were concerned with. Once they took over the case we only had to be concerned with getting me healthy. They took care of the calls from creditors and provided medical connections with physicians who could provide the needed care that we did not have access too. They worked with us 10 months with no remuneration. After I had reached the point of no longer needing medical care and was ready to proceed with the case Mark Anderson had the settlement completed within 30-60 days (May 2017). They are a pleasure to work with, they are professional, and they WIN! They made the insurance company reimburse for ALL expenses and THEN SOME. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. You will be too.

Took about 2 1/2yrs to get my case settled but they did it and with flying colors! We ended up in a collision with public transpiration and were given the run around for 2yrs. We finally got them to settle out of court just 7 days before we were scheduled to go. They are an amazing firm and Robert is truly a blessing!

Good people. Seem they wanted to help but I guess the other review was right. They want people who are really badly injured and still going to therapy or the hospital bill to be high, according to the lady. I give them a 4 since the people were friendly and seem they wanted to help but our case was a total loss in our car with a JPS hospital bill and Therapy with chiropractic for my wife.

Don't bother them, they could care less! I contacted this firm after a referral and was really surprised with the poor service. Its not about law, they just want to know how bad you were hurt to determine if they are interested. They also want you to do work that normal firms will handle. If you have used an attorney before, this place is not for you!

I was very happy with the service given by everyone at Mark Anderson Law Firm. I had a very complicated car accident case with lots of Doctors, treatments, therapy, and surgery involved. Mark, Rieker, Elisabeth, and Brandi were there to guide me along to the next steps and always kept me informed of what needed to be done.  Rieker was assigned to my case and he was awesome, he was a very friendly and likeable lawyer that really eased alot of my fears and helped me reach the best settlement possible for our situation.
