I payed these attornies $2,000 on June 4, 2019, in return they file a notice to appear. I contacted them to file a motion to modify my release terms, to which they declined to file. I asked on 3 seperate occasions to meet with anyone of them before my pretrial conferance, to which they replied "We will meet soon." Then on Sunday June 30, 2019 they contacted me asking for another $1,000 dollars on a Sunday. They have done nothing on my case as far as filings go, or even asked for any kind of discovery, and allowed the time to file for a motion to remand the grand jury decision almost exspire, before demanding immediate payment or they would drop me. I would not hire them, or recommend them to anyone. After speaking with Derek and being talked to in a condescending manner, he asked me to provide one time they didnt respond to text or a phone call. I presented two text messages they never responded to with time and dates. Then he changes his tactic to how does this effect your case. Then tells me we are the experts, you dont tell us how to defend you, we tell you how we are going to defend you. If asking to be informed on what is going on, as well, what the hearings mean, and to discuss what discovery that has been provided and what evidence I have they can use is telling someone how to do their job. I guess that what I did. Meanwhile they are unwilling to wait a day for payment and were paid $2,000 less than 30 days before. Well just kissed that $2,000 goodbye. If you want to be belittled and threatened by them not to protect you, as you hired them to do, these are your guys.
