After receiving a follow up letter from you on this date 10/25/2019, I believe I need to respond as I have never received a previous letter with movie tickets, drinks and popcorn enclosed. You mentioned twice a previous letter and I have never received a previous letter.

I would like to obtain info on the asbestos situation and the smoking lawsuits.
I was brought up in a house full of asbestos, (attic insulation and all of the furnace and ductwork wrapped in asbestos and exposed in the basement). I slept in that basement for 16 years.
One firm keeps asking contacting me but the intaker asks very few pertaining questions.

Also, I was introduced to cigarettes at age 11 by my older sister and could never get off of them tho I attended many workshops to do so. Apparently when I was diagnosed with advanced small cell lung cancer, the lawsuit was no long available to me.
Those are questions I have as I survive on Social security and spousal maintenance I have never had luck in finding anyone to help with tese issues.

I had a case that caused for lawyer interaction. While doing my research, I came across the Husband and Wife team Breyer and Breyer. My first initial correspondence with one of the team lawyers had me willing to use them for my case. Looking back on my case, I will say the Breyer family fought for me until I was able to get a judgement. It was a tough case because there was no means of getting compensated.
