There was no professionalism when I called into your office. The receptionist seemed as if she didn't know I was a customer calling in and I was not greeted with a hello thank you for calling R&R or anything. I scheduled a consult anyways thinking maybe it was an off day. I received an email with details for my scheduled consult for the wrong day. I responded to the email bringing attention to this detail and was told it was an error but I would receive a call on the correct day...fast forward and no call.. I waited 20 minutes and decided to call in and again the receptionist had no idea...put me on hold for over 5 more minutes and I finally hung up. THEN someone decided to return my call and was not apologetic for YOUR firms error. But yet I get sales emails daily? What it comes down to is how was I going to be treated as a client and the firms actions spoke volumes.

Great experience with R&R. They handled my Criminal speeding in the town of Gilbert. Robert, owner, was extremely friendly and personable when he called to descuse me hiring them. Didn’t make promises but made positive assertions of a good outcome. Jennifer was the legal assistant assigned to my case. She was extremely helpful walking me through the steps and keeping me updated as the case progressed with the prosecutor. She kept me updated with emails and was available whenever I called or email. Jushin Gill was my lawyer, as he handled the cases in the Gilbert area. He took care of all motions and paperwork and took all the needed steps without me ever having to go to court or the office until the final day to enter in plea with judge to get defensive driving school. I am beyond happy with the service I received from Ryan, Jushin and Jennifer. They are worth every dollar and then some. They may be a higher price than another firm but they are worth twice as much as they charge. Saved me from have a stupid mistake be held against me for the rest of my life.

R&R Law Group handled my case very efficiently, and at a fair price. They were able to glean from my statements and the police report that I was charged with a serious violation for which I was not guilty. They compelled the prosecutor to amend the charge, and the amended charge was eventually dismissed altogether. It's a shame I ever had to hire a lawyer given the actual circumstances and lack of evidence, but I really had no option. With that said, I could not have had a better outcome than the one R&R obtained for me. Thank you!

R&R made my ticket painless. I got a ticket was charged with criminal speeding. I choose R&R based on reviews and was very pleased. They got it dropped to a dismissal with Traffic School. The great thing is that I did not have to travel back out to Arizona, didn't have to take time off of work, and get a hotel because, of course, the court house was in the middle of nowhere.

I’ve got nothing bad to say about this firm. They’re professional and always available to their clients. The legal assistants and the attorneys are excellent at keeping their clients up to date on their case.

I got a misdemeanor speeding ticket in Arizona which required me to show up to the courthouse and go in front of a judge. I live in California so it was going to be highly inconvenient to go back to Arizona in just a couple weeks that was required by my situation. I saw that R&R Law Group had mostly great reviews so i chose them to assist me. It wasn't cheap and I have to admit that I was concerned by paying them the fee upfront, which was significant. I did get a discount by paying the full price for their services up front. Please note that the fee covers everything. I did not have to go to court. They did all the heavy lifting. For example, going to the court and asking for discovery, speed gun calibration info, getting an extension, explaining my situation and driving record to the court, etc. My concerns were quickly relieved when I started receiving immediate correspondence with the team assigned to my case. Long story short, they were able to convince the judge to lower me down from 5 points to 3 points and a traffic penalty of only $249. Overall, I have no complaints at all. They were professional and exceeded my expectations. I do want to warn people that their services are not inexpensive. However, what you get for your money was worth every penny for my particular situation. On a final note, I am not stating the cost for their services as it may be based on many factors. My infraction cost may be different than another individual. Finally, thank you Ms. Brito and Mr. Rillos!

As an out-of-towner living on the East Coast, I found R&R online while looking for more info on Scottsdale's infamous photo-enforcement traffic tickets. They looked to be experts in the field, and that certainly was the case. The communication from my first e-mail inquiry through disposition of the matter was excellent. The result? As good as you might hope for. If I ever needed counsel in Arizona--or was asked for a referral--this would be my first call.

Handled my speeding ticket without me having to go to court in another city three hours away. I hope I don't have to call them again but if I do they will be the first on my list.

They helped me with my criminal speeding case; defensive driving was the outcome. A thing to note, the judge for my case was really strict with speeding cases.

My court case was continued 3 times with little to no notice from the law firm. When I called to discuss the matter I was told it was better for my case as the officer may miss the hearing and the case would be dropped. I was innocent of my charges, why play a game with the court on trying to confound the system to try and win? It is apparent they do not habe strong consul for traffic cases otherwise why would they need to play this game of HIDE and go seek a new court date. I demanded my money back and was refused even though we never had a meeting or went to court. The lawyer also referenced my case as a stop light camera case yet the actual ticket was for failure to stop before an accident occurred. They don't even know what they are fighting for.

I did not have a great experience with RR Law group. This was my first time in my life that I have ever needed this kind of representation and I feel they did not live up to my expectations whatsoever. My initial call was filled with a lot of positivity and things they could do for me. If I pay for a service I would expect as a customer that they exceed my expectations. I was treated like just another number and did not feel they were at all empathetic to my situation. They did not keep me posted about events to the point I had to call multiple times. I had at least 4 or 5 different people to deal with, even though on the initial call I specifically said to Robert "will I be dealing with you".

I'm from Canada, I payed $3000 American to have someone represent me, then another $300-$500 in fees fines. Then I had to do get counselling for addictions that I don't have. There was video evidence, I was there with 8 friends and I still didn't get off. My friends used different representation with more charges and got off on all accounts. I received multiple emails and texts to leave feedback which tells me RR Law Group is not aware on how there treat their clients.

This is the very first time I leave any kind of feedback for anyone. I'm sorry but for the amount of money I paid and the experience I have received I give them 0 Stars

1. The secretary caused my attorney to COMPLETELY MISS MY COURT DATE.
2. After they finally did represent me in court, they NEVER called me to inform me of my case.
3. I had to keep calling for updates. I never knew what was going on with my case unless I CONSTANTLY called them to ask.
4. When I would finally talk to them for an update, it was never good news. They would say "two weeks ago when we went to court (this) happened....." and I was completely unaware of what was going on at all times.
5. They promised to get my speeding ticket off my record.... ITS STILL ON MY RECORD
6. I have no idea how they are rated as "top traffic attorneys in the area" because this is the WORST AND MOST EXPENSIVE SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN!!!!!

(YOU MIGHT AS WELL SAVE YOUR $1700 AND REPRESENT YOURSELF IN COURT!)
