I never recieved my consultation phone call but I did get a call back later on and asked if I could speak with them now but we just reached a settlement literally 5 minutes before they called. Got there too late guys! Haha

Mr. Zoldan won me a ton of money for a sexual harassment suit against a fortune 200 company. It was a long time coming and I feel vindicated in my results. He took me through the EEOC into filing a lawsuit in Federal Court and then settling at mediation. The process was explained to me perfectly and the results were better than expected. Mr. Zoldan fights for the people who don't know the law and have little voices out there over big corporations.

Not who I would recommend. Difficult to get ahold of, happy to take your consult but not do any real work thereafter or even communicate in a timely manner that they are choosing not to.

This group could not help me with my case, BUT at the end of the day, Atty Jason Barrat spent some significant and valuable time enlightening me about my situation and offered to refer my case to someone else with that may be able to. Mr. Barrat got me all the overtime I was owed plus DOUBLE. It was a quick and painless process and I highly recommend him if you ever have any wage disputes with your employer.
