Reading a couple of the Google reviews of Phoebe Moffat and her work, I'm taken aback as Ms. Moffat, for nearly five years now has provided me with the highest degree of knowledgeable and honest Estate Planning legal services. She has my strong recommendation.

She failed to put my inlaws assets into their and failed to instruct them on how to do it themselves. Then when confronted she lashes out at me. We're dealing with a death and now have to deal with a poorly constructed trust and poor attitude.

Protect yourself and find another attorney, this one is liability. She sets up a trust and fails to help the clients put assets into it. Clients who are completely unaware of what needed to be done. I've been through this process several times with reputable attorneys follow through to make sure their clients are protected. Good attorneys like Marc Pulsifer and Colleen Manley that know what they are doing and take care of their clients. Clients beware.

My wife and I recently retired and moved to Arizona. Our will was decades out of date (didn't even include our youngest child). Ms. Moffatt is a first class estate attorney. When we moved to AZ we researched the specialty extensively and found she was the most respected estate lawyer in the state. She did our estate plan, wills, powers of attorney, etc., three years ago, coordinated with our successor trustees, provided advice on licensed fiduciaries and carefully explained all the complications to us.
