I received a ticket for turning on a red light. I didn't see the sign that said no right on red. I turned the ticket over to my LegalShield attorneys. Don't ever go to this attorney for anything unless you want to lose your life savings and properties and anything else you got , if he knows all you have he will get it all and without doing any litigations for you as in doing nothing. He tried to do some reverse psychology on me and the guy is a dimwit.

Legal Sheild members are not a big priority for this large law firm is what's been presented to me by the firm's lawyers. Most of them are short with their words and won't be bothered with more than one phone call to try and reach out regarding any legal matters that a person has. It's the typical they work for themselves and not their clients mentality. Even after making a complaint about it no sign of improvement or initiative to make it right.

For a law firm with so many attorneys, you would think that they have a good staff that returns are calls I have called them 3 times, left critically URGENT messages and they NEVER returned my calls to my messages requesting them to do so. I eas trying to get Pernell McGuire. Flaky AND deceptive...BEWARE.

Horrible service; didn’t follow written or verbal instructions took $1000 for no work produced had to hire another attorney...don’t business with this guy or his office. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Arizona state bar...

I’ve made an email inquiry and a phone inquiry and no one has returned either. It’s been roughly 1.5 months since the initial email through the website and at least 2 weeks since I left a message with a legal assistant there. At the very least someone could have called/emailed to redirect me to other services. I’ve heard nothing. I just need someone to help me decipher the will and trust that they themselves put together for my aunt. I’m extremely disappointed.
