First, I'm usually a little stingy with my Stars*, but in this case if I could give Lerner & Rowe ten of them I would! I am so delighted with the outcome of my case. My Case Manager, Sara W., was a true professional to work with. I really appreciated that she kept me informed on a regular basis, which really put me at ease. I have to say she exceeded my expectations on more than one occasion.

Not professional enough to check for conflicts of interest before taking cases. I lost these guys as representation 8 days into my claim because they also decided to represent the woman that t boned me in on coming traffic. I had photos and she was at fault.

They work for you and not the other guy's

After being in an accident 7 months ago we bought the hype that they really are there to help. Sure they got the paperwork over really quick and followed up on it until they got the contract signed.
Since then it has been virtually impossible to get ahold of anyone regarding the case. The Lawyer (TM) and his assistant (OC) do not take calls obviously they have caller ID because when they wanted us to sign the paperwork they answered with our name everytime.
So now almost 8 months later we don't even have a clue where our case stands and no one can pick up phone (anyone that can help at least) And forget about leaving voicemail they NEVER get returned.
Oh and if you are expecting anything quick like at least something to replace your car forget about it.

well do not choose this lawfirm hello i am a hollywood producer writer and i was in a head on collision and after loosing my teeth and getting bad scares on my legs and a mercedes emblem burned into my arm they got an offer of 9000 when my medical is 28000 and my out of pocket expences were 1200 and my lost income was about 20000 and i never even got my car money so i fired them and they billed me 5000 so beware of there contract matter of fact my corp attorney told me they probably had about 10 hrs in work on my case and they billed me for 40 so again there crooks and they are not very nice to work with and they dont get results so all these great posts i read are lies or they were paid because i have never been treated so bad in my life even after i asked owners to take over they never even returned my calls so choose a better firm one who gets the job done and really cares about your pain and suffering i would give them a big fat zero but they dont have one on here so take it from a very successfull biz owner do not hire this firm you can do alot better with goldberg and osborne
