I can't thank Mark & Kellie enough. They are professional and do actually care about their clients. I unfortunately had a couple of charges and they handled both with my best interest and fought for justice of their client. They were very responsive and answered all my concerns and got one charge reduced and an illegal DUI dismissed, since my rights were violated. If you need an Attorney, it's a very important decision, I highly recommend them as you will be represent by the best.

What a joke! I couldn’t think of a worse person to have represented my daughters father!!!!! He doesn’t even deserve one star in my opinion. Mark committed himself to my ex’s case and knew very well that it wasn’t here in the valley. This man didn’t even show up to most of the cases or would show up 30 minuets late! (Professional right?) the court appointed lawyers were there for him more often than not. His paralegal who I met once was so stuck up and full of himself. This lawyer failed him and ripped him off! The money my ex spent on this waist of time could have been used to make sure the next 2 years of his 6 year old daughters life would be financially secure.

To everyone reading this:
Please don’t just settle with the first person you meet with when picking a lawyer! Don’t just assume they are decent people who want to help by doing the job they signed up for. These people don’t care about you they care about getting your money and giving your case to free court appointment lawyers!

I was expected to be guided in the situation I was in when I received a DUI. I hired this attorney expecting to be helped. All I received was bills and barely a return phone call. I was not explained anything... 1st DUI and they expected me to know everything..." got a dui?.. have to do this..that .. take this course.. this device." Nothing!.. The attorney met me , I explained my case..minutes later ..forgot my name and case .." your here for what"...and in court...he stood up in confusion several times as if he forgot what was he doing .. so much that the judge addressed the issue... waste of money and pathetic service.

Mr. Weingart provided excellent legal care to me. When i was nervous about my case Mr. Weingart always assured me that everything would be fine. Typical bullshit lawyer Mark does the sale, but never represents you in court, happens every day with lawyers. But, dude in court was kind of embarrassing, no show and unprepared. Judge said to call him and the office sent him to his court date.

You get a discovery motion and a plea bargain for $5000, thats it and that.

They will skip the officer interview and wont verify the breath machine which one would assume would be bare minimum. Perhaps understanding your how tent city works or support on license issues would be considered bare minimum also, but i got nothing.

This is not to say Mark isnt offering the same thing as most law offices, finding a lawyer who does due dilligence is rough. I thought I worked hard enough vetting lawyers, thought I had the right guy.

I burned him the last 800 bucks, havnt heard from him, but i am sure i will. I am sure he will respond defensively. He likes to use the internet, so do I, game on Mark.

I was expecting when hiring a lawyer that they would make this process easier for me and in the long run save me money, that was not the case with this attorney. My case got dragged out nearly a year from when my charges were filed. Every time I went into this attorneys office for a meeting he could never remember my case or the details of it. He guided me towards outside company's for my driving classes recommending that I'd be better off there than taking classes through the city but, left out the fact that I would still have to pay the city a fine. He didn't tell me about specific dates that I needed to do things by and when given consequences for being ill informed I tried to contact his office and they told me that it had nothing to do with him or his office. So, I essentially hired this man and gave him my money for no reason. I would never recommend using him.
