That was no problem, but I needed help to put our home into our trust. I remember my Mom and Dad had Stephen Phelps prepare their trust back in 1987, and they had spoken highly of him. So, I contacted Phelps Law to help me fund my trust. They got the job completely done within 2 weeks, and that, during the busy Christmas season! I found the folks at Phelps Law to be courteous, prompt and professional. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

We went to Phelps Law with nothing but an outdated and the results of interviews with four other firms. Jeff LaClair did an excellent job of working with us and helping us prepare a complete estate plan package. He was an outstanding listener who quickly understood our finances, family situation, and desires for the future. Most importantly he offered options rather than directions. We are completely happy with the results!

Phelps Law helped us set up our living will and did our estate planning. They have been great to work with! Their scheduling and follow up has been top notch. Bryan was extremely patient with us and listen to exactly how we wanted things set up. He helped explain things in normal English instead of hard to understand legal language. He wrote everything out for us on easy to read graphs. This made my wife and I feel so much better about things because we were able to understand them a lot better this way. We are glad Phelps Law was referred to us. We are excited to have everything set up finally and feel like we have a huge weight off or shoulders knowing things will be taken care of for our children when we are gone. I am now ready to write this review. It has been 5 years since my fathers passing.. My father trusted this man to handle his estate after he passed. He did NOT! Such a disrespect to my father and the treatment my daughter and i received was horrific. I felt and still feel the utter abandonment and total disregard for my father wishes. On several occasions the truth was not spoken! I came to find all of them including the receptionist to be very untrustworthy. Frankley totally dishonest! My daughter and I felt like we were being attacked every time we were at their office and on the telephone. This experience has totally left me with a feeling of bitterness and dislike towards Stephen Phelps & his entire office . Do NOT use this firm !!! I certainly do NOT want anyone to go through an experience like I have. It has taken me 5 years to write this . I an trying to be honest and forthright. I am hoping this will heal the bitterness I feel towards Stephen Phelps Attorneys. thank you
