If I could give less than a star review I would. My husband and I hired this law firm for my husbands immigration case in 2017. My son was a newborn and I was very nervous and was ready to jump right in. The entire process dragged on for 3 years until just a few months ago. I had all my paperwork ready and my waiver was sent in May or April (not entirely sure because the story has changed). It was very hard to get in touch with Bruno, I called several times to get an update on my case since I did not receive a letter in the mail that my paperwork was received. I called in June of this year just to make sure everything was sent and received no answer. I called again in July and still received no answer. In August I decided to call the Homeland security to check on my case and they said the last thing they received from us was from 2017!! So I panicked... I told them when my paperwork was sent and they said that yes they are backed up BUT we should have received a letter in the mail stating that they had atleast RECEIVED it. I called the office serveral times over the month of August only to be told that he was in trial and wouldnt be back until whatever day. I called Homeland security serveral times again asking them to look up different names and still nothing came up. When I finally did get in touch with him, he stated that they are extremely BACKED UP and probably hadnt checked it in yet but that he would submit an inquiry to see where exactly it was. So, i gave the benefit of the doubt and waited. But it bothered me, so I contacted customer care just in case. They reached back about 30 days later and stated that they had nothing under our names. So I texted him to let him and asked if he had sent the attorney inquiry and see where my waiver was. He stated that no, he had not sent an inquiry and at this point we should just submit the whole thing!! What? There are documents in there that are only good for a certain amount of time. It takes about 9-12 months to get approved so I'm not submitting documents, letters that could be expired by the time they get to reading it. Skip to the end, my paperwork was sent out wrong (not ceritfied mail) and was lost along with a check. When I expressed my concern, the response I got was "I have 10 other cases"...

Now I have to start all over, take more time to get more documents and letters and its all so stressful. I have to pay fees that I had already paid the first time around. It been 3 years and I'm still at square one.

Bruno was excellent. Very friendly, communicative, responsive and professional. He knows the law, knows what to expect and communicated that to us. We appreciated the fact that he took the time to reply promptly when we had concerns and questions. I definitely recommend him, in both areas of the law he practices.

Bruno helped a family member out of some legal trouble in August 2018. In one word: WOW! I am not one to write reviews but BRUNO absolutely earned it!!! He took on both my criminal and immigration cases.I was charged with two class 3 felonies and there was a very high risk I would lose my green card and be deported from this country (I have lived here for over 25 years). I already had an attorney "defending" my criminal case. Well, I THOUGHT he was defending me! Ha! After several mishaps I started looking for a second opinion. I went through about 3 or 4 lawyers berfore I met with Bruno. At first I was not too convinced about hiring him. He seemed kinda cocky but my gut was telling me he was the right man for the job. I consulted with two other lawyers, but at the end I ended up hiring Bruno.

To make a long story short: Bruno kept me in the loop with any and all case updates, worked with me to review the "so called" evidence that the State of Arizona gave us, and we decided to take the case to trial. The State was offering me a BAD freaking plea (one that would make me spend about 3 years in prison and then be deported). Instead of taking the easy way out (as most lawyers tend to do) and trying to convince me to take the plea, Bruno took a refreshing new approach: he calmly and thoroughly pointed out the weaknesses of the State's case to me. He urged me to go to trial!! I was hesitant because if I lost, I would spend A LOT more time in jail AND, on top of that, I would first have to pay Bruno more money for going to trial. I was VERY hesitant and scared! But I decided to follow Bruno's advice. After all, HE was the lawyer, right?!
