Bill Montgomery and his office is a corrupt, worthless cancer on the taxpayers of Maricopa county. His double standard of accountability was on full display when he chose not to prosecute glendale officer Matt Schneider for assault, abuse of power by an officer, excessive force (to name a few). Schneider tazed citizen Wheatcroft 11 times (including while handcuffed). Nice work Maricopa county in not holding positions of authority accountable.

THIS OFFICE DOES VERY LITTLE TO NOTHING IN EFFORTS TO BRING PEACE, JUSTICE, AND WELL-BEING TO ARIZONA.
-they should really allow a 'ZERO STAR' review.

Either they're LAZY or simply DONT CARE about the people of Arizona. They all need to be educated in The Law & the professionalism they're OBLIGATED to uphold. Protests measures should be taken.. The very same office that's responsible for maintaining justice in our County is the SAME office that has a ONE STAR rating on the most widely used search engine... It says plenty about the way we feel towards they're actions. Joining together to protest they're laziness is very much needed.

According to my brothers lawyer the District Attorney is about to offer him a fairly good deal. My brother kept telling my mom on the phone that he wasnt actually going to serve real time. We thought he was crazy because he was facing pretty serious charges. Now we are hearing that he is getting exactly what he wanted. That wouldn't be justice it is a mockery of our judicial system. My brother is a lifetime criminal and has threatened violence on many people. My brother could be away from the public and safe. I say safe because he is an addict. He gave me instructions once one how to treat him if he overdosed at home. He is going to either hurt someone or kill himself. I tried to reach out and plead with the DA but was, in not so many word, told it is non of my business. The funny thing is I wasnt asking for any information I was trying to help them by providing them with some. You would think they would at least hear me out to see if I had anything helpful. They dismissed me. I am going to wait this out to see what happens but I have little faith in the system actually working.

This office has substandard humans working there as they are inept and are unable to answer the most basic questions about law. This is a blight on the County and everyone should know that the people that work at the Maricopa county attorney's office are not worthy of their positions. What an absolute shame that no one in this office can answer a basic question about law and is basically collecting taxpayers dollars for doing nothing. I have a good mind to report these inept individuals for fraud waste and abuse.

My neighbor literally killed his roommate after hitting him in the face and then left em for a day on the ground and #CityofScottsdalePolice let him walk, even with witnesses repeatedly reaching out. The lady would put me on hold after everything I would say and would not even let me speak, once she was about to take my case number she put me on hold again and then disconnected after 10 minutes of holding!

They don't help at all. I got a bad check from somebody never been helped by them, instead they lost my original check

I'm a Veteran and a convicted Facebook felon!!! Made drunken threats on Facebook and got arrested 1 1/2 months later Felony F-6 Computer Tampering...I reported that my life was threatened on Facebook along with the police department. Not drunken threats...premeditated and nothing happens to the woman or man who threaten my life!!! Never even got a response from them and it was a hassle for them to take my police report!!! I'm a Veteran who is a Facebook felon and can't posses a gun to protect my life!!!
