Don't waste your time , absolutely no compassion but for making money for themselves. Definitely not recommending them. Had accident and because of what I did I didn't get a chance to run to the hospital to claim my injury. So they couldn't help me because they don't make money off that.

It's funny that no one person has stated how they got in touch with them. We just received a letter asking use to use them because they found a lien with the county after my son's accident. By the way we have had a lawyer since day one.

Hastings and Hastings represented my in my claim for an accident that happened this past March. A semi ran a red light and t-boned me; thankfully it was only going about 35 so it totaled my car but I at least walked away.

I chose Hastings because my friend Kel Vrana is an attorney there and I wanted to go with someone I trusted. During treatment for my neck and back, Kel and his staff checked in to make sure everything was coming along fine and helped me avoid hassles with my insurance company. The few times I needed to stop by the office, Kel was able to meet with me personally. He was also available by phone and email for followup.
